I bought 3 pairs of doors for my home improvement project. Overall, the doors are nice, & the perfect size. The main problem I had is that some of the louvers on the doors are a bit "tweaked" or "bowed" which does affect the quality/look of my door project, esp. once I painted & decorated them. For the price of the doors (which has really increased since my last door project), all the louvers should be in perfect shape, in my opinion.

Two of the six shutters needed their corners re-glued before painting them. Poor fiish construction and I didn't need the extra work.

All three sets of shutters fell apart while inspecting them at the store.

Measurements were spot on and the product quality is nice. Make sure to follow painting instructions provided, they work!

I've already given my review of how poorly this transaction was handled. I find it hard to believe that my diatribe wasn't printed out and put on a bulletin board in the conference room where associates are trained how to (not) find solutions to customers' problems.

Wrong size and I needed to cut 5 inches off and re build them. I will never trust a sized item without seeing it in person

Basic shutter and what was needed for the job. Absorbs lots of paint. Required three coats of spray paint. Would be an improvement if they provided four plugs to attach it.

The 43 in shutters have the same large joint gap as the 51 in.

Only issue is large gap at joint between top rail and stiles which require filling to prevent water intrusion.

These shutters are nice looking and well made. Unfortunately, they are not very securely packed. One of my pairs arrived in a hundred pieces. I suggest ordering extras if you're short on time.

This product is terrible....I have had 3 come apart already and have only had them for 2 months

the louvered shutters makes a good privacy divider between the bed room and the bathroom.

Good quality at a fair price

They were pretty good for the price. I had a funky shaped interior door for my HVAC access and painted them and converted them to a bifold door for that purpose. They needed a brush dusting prior to painting because they still had wood dust and small fibers on them. They required 2 coats of valspar ultra white paint.

It took 3 weeks to get them & I was short 1 set & was a dispute about the set ! Finally got second set! Product nice though! 2 & 1/2 months!
