Truly the best substitute for real tile!
The tile is one of the few that really looks like the picture posted by HD. It is excellent quality and if you can get it on sale it is really a must buy

100% Happy LOVE it!
The Very Best feature of this flooring is it hides dirt so nicely! We live in a very rural setting and hubby doesn't always remove his boots, that and we have 4 dogs... but this floor looks great all the time. I Love that. When I sweep it I get a big pile of debris (our kitchen is pretty big..) but you couldn't even see the dirt until I got the pile rounded up. I've installed it in our bathroom upstairs and I like t so well it's going in the downstairs bathroom next! I found this flooring to be no more difficult than other laminate type flooring I have installed, from different manufacturers, as well as from Pergo. I did work out a rhythm and an angle to work it, but so far I've had to with every type I've installed.

Loved it then Love it now
We installed Pergo Laminate in our farm house kitchen back before there were other laminate floors available. I loved it. It was so easy to clean. I only used vinegar & water. The fact that it floated made it ideal for the old farm house where there wasn't a flat surface to be had. It shouldn't be a surprise that we chose Pergo again in our new kitchen. If it holds up as well I will be very satisfied. This floor has a slight texture of slate, which I imagine would give pets some "tooth" under their feet. It was even easier to install since it no longer has to have glue on each joint. It has a blend of brown as well as grey colors, which will match many decors but better yet does not show dirt or debris. I'm looking forward loving this floor as well.

Great looking floor!
I wanted to upgrade the flooring in my cabin from old vinyl tile to something more modern. It's a hunting cabin and I wanted a floor that would hide dirt. This flooring is great for this. Between us and our dogs tracking in and out, its held up great. It's not the most difficult flooring to install once you figure it out. The instructions on the box are rather confusing and not really ideal. Once you figure it out, it goes just as fast as any other laminate. Every piece of laminate I bought had a blue plastic strip on one end. The best way we found to install was: - Install so the plastic strip will lock into the previous piece on the floor. - Lock the side of each piece into the previous row first. - Then roll the laminate down so the plastic strip is tight as possible to the previous piece. - We used the plastic block from the Unilin flooring tool kit I bought at HD (I recommend this) and straddled the block over both pieces of laminate. A block of wood would probably work as well. - Tapping the top of the block with a hammer a couple times will lock the plastic strip into the previous piece.. Move to the next piece and repeat. Once we figured this out, we rolled. Once this stuff locks, it holds really good. It has a really hard surface that has held up great to dirt ground into it and the dogs nails scraping it. I'm happy with my purchase and the product. Of course when I bought the 16 cases I needed for the job, it was $2.99/sq.ft. 3 weeks after I bought mine, it went down to $2.59.........just my luck. I received all 16 cases within a week of ordering it. I was happy about that. I highly recommend this to others.

Looks Like Real Tile - Thumbs Up!
I ordered & installed the XP Ligoria Slate for my hall bathroom, approximately 45sf, in Feb. 2015. It's a little odd at first due to the tongue and groove connection not typical but they do snap and hold together well. I was very impressed with the appearance after installation and definitely recommend this product. I would also recommend to remove your toilet and install the planks beneath the toilet, looks better this way. I've installed laminated flooring on a good portion of my house and it's not difficult to install. If your thinking of trying it I would definitely encourage you too do so - it's not difficult but be patient.

Nice flooring, but was shipped damaged!
The floor looks nice. My husband and I agree that we are over Pergo as every box had broken lips that are essential to connecting the planks. We ordered 4 boxes for a laundry room and one box that was shipped to us was damaged on the ends of every plank. Our contractor who completely renovated our 70s style wood paneling laundry rooms said there was no way for us to return it as home depot will likely say it was damaged in shipping. We know it was Home Depot as the box it was shipped in was undamaged and it was well packed. I highly recommend having it delivered to the store and opening them up and inspecting the planks before purchasing. Again, the floor is nice and feels nice. The colors in the flooring can go with almost any color, we chose a gray color. I just can't recommend this product due to the damage and how easily it can get damaged.

    Lovin' our Ligoria Slate laminate
We purchased this flooring to update the flooring of some of the rooms in our home. We chose this after seeing this in our friends kitchen. We've only had it installed for a couple of weeks but our friends have had theirs for a few years now and have no complaints. Holding up well in a high traffic area. Easy to clean, Easy to install. For laminate, it is great looking. Excellent neutral colors. Interesting but not distracting.

    Great looking floor
This was pretty easy to install. The door frames were tricky, but I am really happy with the results. It looks great and I have 5 dogs, 3 large and they run back and forth across it and scrabble around and the floor is showing no signs of scratching. I highly recommend. Would also recommend getting at least 1 box above your estimate to account for matching and waste. I got the slate look and it looks great. Pattern goes well across all the tiles.

    Great floor
Fairly easy to install as long as you use tapping block to lock edges together. Came out looking great. Holds up good to dog claws. I have installed 4 other floating floors mostly pergo, all pergo products have been great.

So far so good; Not as easy to install as advertised
This product does not install as advertised. Nothing on the web addressed this specific product from videos to written directions. The products shown on the web are the long narrow pieces(6" X 48"). No examples of how to install around odd angles were available. I ended up installing it like a traditional floating floor. Other issues: It will dull a good carbide blade The trim pieces are so much lighter than the floor that they clash.

    Good so far
From installment to appearance, we're happy with our selection. As we have a pool, this floor will see water but I've no fear it will hold up.

        Perfect for our needs
We have a "dog room" so this floor is perfect for it, doesn't show the dirt at all, and doesn't spot like laminate typically does with dogs

          Awesome Floor
The Ligoria Slate is the most awesome flooring made in my opinion. The Ligoria Slate is so tough and resilient to natures furry. I installed in in our entry and snow, rain, sand, dogs toe nails, small pebbles, not one of these has even made a mark in this product. I did a experiment by taking a piece and submersing it in water for 2 days. That's 48 hours in a pan of water, and after removing it from the water, it was just the same as it was before the submersing it. I could not snap it in half, the water did not penetrate the piece, or alter it in any way. Tougher than nails. I plan on installing it in our kitchen and laundry room. The Ligoria Slate is easy to install, and once its on the sub floor, its there to stay. I just can't say enough about the Pergo Laminate flooring.

            Beauty and sturdy!!!!
I bought my flooring almost 3 yrs. ago and it hasn't scratched one bit. It looks as good now as it did when it was put down. My husband has a auto shop in the back yard and I have a lab. The floor has received plenty of wear and yet it looks new.

Not as "dog friendly" as we thought...
purchased and installed new construction. We have 3 big dogs and they have had "accidents" on this flooring. Now the seams are "lifting". not very happy...

Response from Customer CareJan 6, 2015
While laminate floors are resilient and water resistant, they are not urine-proof. We typically recommend that any moisture-related incident (especially pet accidents) be cleaned up within 30 minutes to avoid permanent damage.
                hOLDING UP WELL
We put this in on an entryway from our deck. Looks great and so far we haven't had any problems with the water.

                  Bathroom floor
We are pleased with the end result. Had a little trouble with the installation but it was in a fairly small bath with a lot of cutting and fitting around the usual bath obstacles. I would advise having a supply of laminate adhesive (per the instructions) on hand. Will likely use again.

                  Lovely, but...
The look of the finished floor is lovely. However, one entire case of the flooring was damaged on the edges, which were bent or broken on the snap-together sides. This did NOT happen during delivery, as the box was intact. It must have been packed at the factory in this condition, and once the customer has opened the box and discovered the damage, well, too bad, right?

                  Beautiful floor but....
The flooring is beautiful, but everything I read and downloaded about installation said it would be a snap (no pun intended). This type of floor is great for a room that has square corners and walls, and no obstructions (baseboard heat, cabinets, steps, etc.) My kitchen has all of those. It was very difficult to get the first row set, which is the key, with different sized spacers and constant shifting. Once that was done, it got a little easier as I got more familiar with the product. Now looking at it, I love the floor. However, it was never as easy as the instructions and Youtube videos make it out to be.

It's okay but there is probably better quality flooring
The flooring would not just snap together like other flooring. The only reason I bought this flooring is that it was the only flooring that my wife liked. If this flooring was $8.99 I would not complain. I was very surprised that this was the quality that a German company would put out.

                  Great looking solid floor.
I'm a 65 year old man with the stamina that fits the age. I was able to lay a 12X12 Pergo floor in one afternoon. I wish it would have come with underlayment attached like another Pergo brand I put down but it really wasn't difficult to roll out and cut the underlayment rolls. Everything went extremely well. Easy to lay and tight joints, an absolutely beautiful floor. The jury is still out on durability but I anticipate a lasting durable floor.

This is a very nice floor, very attractive. I gave the quality as good only because we haven't even had it in a month. Time will tell.
The only complaint was that the directions were not exactly for our kind of floor but my handy man husband was quickly able to figure it out. Suggestion would be to make the directions specific for this floor and not so general. The directions were for a wood floor not slate flooring which is different.
