Worked good but I was using on aluminum rails and had a hard time finding screws to work

These were great for the vertical baluster runs. I used dark grey/bronze balusters for my deck so I went with the color option connectors for the stairs. Recommend these over all of the competitors.

These fasteners were perfect. easy to install and sturdy once in place!!

Worked perfectly on my square balusters.

They worked just the way they were designed to.

The fact that I didn’t need to buy separate connectors for the stair railing was a definite plus. Finally, the design makes for easy installation, make sure that you won’t need to remove the balusters a lot prior to installation as it loosens the fit of the baluster on the connector.

Two comments. These connectors work fine and are eaIsy to install. Be advised, however, that the screws have very little strength and they're easily broken if you screw them in very tight at all with a power screw driver. I broke several even though I tried not to. They are low quality screws, but will do the job nicely if you can keep them from breaking. As soon as they are barely snug and can't be moved by your bare hand, stop screwing. It takes a light hand. Don't overtighten, These screws are really cheap toys. The connectors were not angled correctly for my particular stairs. I first screwed them on and tried to hammer the rails together, but they just wouldn't go, even with lots of heavy pounding. So, I unscrewed all the connectors and ground them off, one by one, on a bench grinder. They're just plastic and grind easily. After that, I was able to make them work and squeezed together without too much trouble. It took a little trial and error to get the angles close to what I needed, but I was able to do all 12 in less than 30 minutes.. I think these are cut at 30 degrees from the factory and I didn't need them that steep. You can easily grind them steeper or less steep without much trouble. The plastic connectors get covered up by the aluminum ballusters when you squeeze them together, so even though they're not so pretty after grinding, they still work fine.

These work great as long as you don't actually assume you get 10. One of my packs came with 9 and now I have to wait a week to order some more before I can finish this project...

Simple. It did what it was supposed to do. Hold an aluminum spindle in place. Great use of angle for stairs

I love these connectors. I was able do deck railing assembly indoors which had to be put up in the cold of winter for insurance reasons. Now indoors on stair and landing railings. I have tried other brands and they did not actually fit "most 3/4" spindles".

Definitely saves on installation time.

I really liked the baluster connectors. They are extra long and have ribs that keep the baluster from slipping up and down and from rattling. This makes the installation of the top rail easier, and makes for a more solid final product that does not rattle. No need to add a dab of clear silicone like I've had to do using other connectors.

The connectors were okay but there is only one angle and it does not fit my railings. No where in the specs could I find the exact angle of the connector, I was just hoping it was close enough but it wasn't. Can these be returned?

The stair baluster connectors work fine. Project Desk staff need to be trained that these MUST be purchased for stair railings. They think connectors come with balusters.

It was nice that the connector worked for both straight and angled deck railings. They also were nice and snug with the aluminum balusters.
