[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested this out on a berm where we have ground barrier and mulch, yet weeds and grass are starting to poke through. Basically it is not a solid field of vegetation--just the occasional stalks coming through. The jug and spray dispenser are very convenient--the jug is easy to carry, and the handle folds in half. The battery is already installed, and ready to use. The trigger is nice and light, not causing any cramping during a prolonged spray session. It folds back neatly and tucks into the built in storage slot for the handle. I applied this according to instructions on a day where there would be no watering or rain for several days afterwards, and at first it appeared to work well. But several days later I noticed that there were still green portions, and that the first application did not complete the job. After a second application and several days later, the grass and weeds have browned thoroughly. Works well, but just know you may need to follow up with another application.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ortho Groundclear took care of all the grass and vegetation from my gravel area and around my fence, It even cleared out all the way overgrown blackberry bushes behind my garage. I loved that it came with the sprayer so I didn't have to purchase a sprayer just for the killer! It made my husband's job a lot easier than chopping digging and such!

I have tried so many other vegetation killers and all of them disappointed. This stuff comes with a good sprayer that is easy to use. The best part? It actually works. In a matter of 12 hours, I started to see die back. I would say in about 3 days, everything was dead. That is with one spraying. I am happy with this vegetation killer.

I applied the GroundClear on a hot full sun day and saw results within an hour of application. I plan on using Ortho GroundClear every spring/ summer going forward!

This year we have received a ton of rain so "I needed a product like yours to control a bunch of weeds". So far it has been a great product killing everything that I needed to kill. I hope the year long thing works!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this weed killer back in early August, and I'm so happy that I did. We have a huge grape vine that we can walk underneath. It's hard to mow down the weeds under it for the vine hangs almost to the dirt, and if we cut the vine while it's green it could cause it to bleed and die. Yes certain greenery when cut can cause a lot of damage to the vines. My husband got smart and sprayed under the grape vine with Ortho ground clear year long vegetation. I am so glad he did because we have been able to go out and pick grapes and be able to see where we walk. Best thing we could have ever done. I'm anxious to see if it does last a year. So far it's lasted almost 6 weeks. That's impressive within itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The weed killer is good, but the battery powered spray handle is great. It’s easy to use and light. The lock button is good to it safer around children. It sprays evenly and consistently. It never clogged while using the entire bottle. To be even better it needs a way to lock it in the on position to keep your hand from getting tired when using it for long periods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I applied this to the weeds in my gravel driveway as I have with similar products. A week later, about 25% of the weeds remained. I don't know what weeds they are referring to that show results in one hour. Apparently they are not common in New England driveways. I reapplied the product more liberally and had closer to 95% kill. The applicator is great. So much better than the old trigger sprayer design and less work than my pump sprayer. I cannot yet vouch for the Year Long feature, but I recommend giving all your weeds a thorough application so you hopefully don't reapply as I did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this fairly late in the season so probably wasn’t as effective as it should be. I used it all over my front walkway and the next day everything was yellow and dying or had already died. I will definitely plan to use this again next year.

My son decided to try it and sprayed them all and they are all dead now. He did spray them twice to make sure. So I wouod say it did what it was supposed to

We will see just how good it is next year to see if the weeds stay away from my rocks. It also has worked great at the end of my driveway by the road to get those weeds gone too. I would recommend this product to anyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ortho Ground Clear does a good job. I started to notice the plants/weeds withering within a day or two and would be dead or dry in an additional few days after. It worked well on the broad leaf plants and grasses in the areas I used it which included cracks in concrete, mulched areas and among the landscape rocks. The wand was especially useful. Instead of having to pump multiple times during the application I was able to hold the trigger down and it would continuously spray. It was nice having the extender on it so that I did not have to bend down as far to be close enough to spray individual weeds. Overall, I did not notice any of the weeds/plants grow back in the original spots I sprayed over the course of the past few weeks.

I’ve tried numerous products but this is by far the best I’ve ever used. You can see results in about an hour! The fact that it has a battery operated sprayer is another great feeture’

I was excited to try the Ortho® GroundClear® Year Long Vegetation Killer. The sprayer is easy to use and you really don't have to use that much product to see results. By the time I was done spraying I could already see a difference in the weeds I first sprayed. I will definitely be buying this product in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the battery operated pump would be especially great for people with any issues with their hands. Made it very easy to spray. Leaked a little out of where the cord plugged in, could be user error. The weeds were definitely turning brown the next day. I'm not sure how long it will last we will see. The weeds are relentless. I'm hopeful that it keeps them back for a while though and I really likes the ease of use.

Have used other products in the past that left stain marks on my pavers until it rained so decided to try Ortho Ground Clear this time. Works as advertised! Very easy to use, kills weeds and no stains.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this group clear about a month ago in our driveway. It is all gravel so we get weeds that pop up constantly. Since spraying this on the entire driveway, we have yet to see another weed. I couldn't be happier with the product. As we all can imagine it is no fun weeding an entire driveway by hand, or weedeating one, with rocks flying everywhere. This was the perfect solution to the problem. I will use this again next spring as soon as I start seeing weeds again. I just wish I would've have gotten this sooner and saved myself a lot of work over the spring and summer.

They guarantee that it will keep the weeds away for one year after spraying. I dont know if that is a true statement as I only sprayed a few weeks ago. I'll update my review in a year and let you know!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This year a great amount of weeds unwanted a few different very evasive words this year.using the Ortho Ground Clear the trigger super spay made it easy and very controllable on various areas need attention. In a few days stated see results . Coverd a good area for the 1,33 gallon size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is used to get rid of weeds. We used it first to rid weeds from a flower bed that we wanted to eleminated. Ortho GroundClear did kill the weeds but it was hard to use. The container comes with an electric dispenser, but the liquid did not come out well and, when it did, it was as foam. Also, we have pavers on gravel that have weeds,which we wanted to spray to eliminated the weeds, but were afraid to because of the near-by Heritage oak. The directions did not seem clear if this was safe to spray around.

You just spray it on, and you get results instantly! The wand is easy to use, and it actually has a battery in it so that you don’t even need to pump it. This works great! I love it!

I have a lot of overgrowth from a tree line behind our house and I sprayed a lot of it with this and it is now all dead. It's so much easier than trying to rip it all out when it's still alive.

I will see how long they stay gone.i have animals so I'm careful of where I use weed killer. But I used it in my driveway and done a good job.
