For best results, apply when daytime temperatures are consistently between 65-85 degrees. Weeds taller than 6 inches should be mowed or cut down and debris removed before treatment. This is because taller weeds are more difficult to kill and will prevent product from reaching the soil to provide the year long weed prevention. Potentially the siphon tube and sprayer needs re-primed, place the container above the wand (either holding it above or setting it on something) and spray for 30 seconds. If the Wand begins to spray well at the end of 30 seconds you should be able to put the container down and continue spraying. If container has been used before, product may have crystallized in the sprayer tip preventing the product from spraying. Try to soak the sprayer tip ONLY in warm soapy water to dislodge any residue. You may need to re-prime the sprayer and siphon tube after unclogging the tip. If troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, please contact us for assistance.

For best results, temperatures should be consistently above 60 degrees. Night time temperatures below 40 will slow results. Fluctuating day time temperatures, where temperatures are frequently dropping below 60 degrees, will slow results. The label states that if weeds are taller than 6 inches, mow or cut down weeds and remove debris before treatment. This is because taller weeds are more difficult to kill and will prevent product from reaching the soil to provide the year long weed prevention. The weeds and ground should be wet after application. Allow product to soak into the ground. During drought weeds will slow their growth down. If the weeds are drought stressed watering them the day before will typically prompt them to start growing which means they will take in the herbicide which will then kill them.
