We got one of the Nulmage Awnings for each door entrance. After assembly of the first one, the second one went much faster. It took about an hour to a assemble. Be sure to use a good sealant where the awning mounts to the house mounting bracket to keep rain out.

easy to assemble and install. looks great with quality construction

The final installation seems like it should work nicely, but the assembly was ridiculously bad. The assembly instructions were missing from the box so I had to download them and print them out. There were blatant errors in the instructions too. I'm very handy with building things, but this was difficult to assemble. Many of the pre-drilled holes don't line up properly and have to be re-drilled. Wrong hole sizes, wrong screws supplied, lots of fit difficulties. This is NOT IKEA. If you are not good with tools and building things, you do not want to build this yourself. Final mounting to the building was pretty easy and I could do it mostly by myself. Caulking required to divert rain properly. It seems a bit flimsy with thin Aluminum slats, so I hope it holds up in high winds and hail. It seems like a decent product, but they really missed with the details.

Assembly seemed confusing and complicated at first, but the end result is 100% improvement over my old awning. It has held up well in several heavy thunderstorms since it was installed. The greystone color coordinates with my roof shingles.

This is my 2nd awning. The 1st one is absolutely fine and now four years old. It's held up so well I've replaced an inferior awning with this one. My applications expose the awning to all the nasty elements, and I'm well pleased with it. It looks the same as when I bought it. The high gloss color does fade a bit but it's uniform throughout, so it's hard to tell. Cleans up easy. Good instruction. Fast delivery despite what they say.

The canopy was not assembled and took a lot of time to put together. I had purchased door canopies from Home Depot a couple of years ago and was very happy with them. Looks nice and protects the entry door to our shop from the sun, rain and snow.

I had an awful time assembling the canopy. It has to be assembled upside down. Plus, when it calls for each side piece to be put on, the other side falls off when you put the opposite side on. Then in the next step it says to install the tiny screws to hold the side pieces on. It shouldn't be the "next" step, it should say to put in the tiny screws to hold that side while you work on the other. All in all, when I turned it over, it came out perfectly. I would recommend this canopy to others, and tell them to wear cotton gloves, the edges are really sharp, being aluminum.

Good quality materials. It costs too much for what you get. Very hard to put together, you need two people or three hands. The instructions were not very good, but I got it together anyway. Pay somebody to put it together.

The awning itself is nice and looks good, but the instructions weren't clear and it was very difficult to put together. My husband said it goes down in the books as one of the most difficult jobs ever. I was surprised at that.

The quality of this product is poor. The assembly extremely difficult. Overall not worth the money. Would not recommend at all.

Arrived on time. Good price. Easy to assemble. Was a tight fit in the space I had, replaced a porch light fixture, problem solved. The wife is happy, she doesn't get wet when she lets the dogs out!

Installed products one week ago. Appear durable. Easy directions to follow.

Diagram of how canopy attaches to wall was not clear, so it's possible to attach it without it being locked in and stable. Must lift canopy up and in to fully insert curved lip, otherwise it will simply rest on a thin metal ridge, appearing stable until a good wind comes by. Support arms fit too tightly into wall brackets, so it's difficult to tell if they are all the way in. Some screw holes don't line up as cleanly as they should. That said, if you're patient and thorough, the product is fine and workable, and the price was right.

My husband and I assembled it with out a problem. We had it installed with in two hours.

I bought three of these and once I figured out how to assemble and install the first one, the next two were a breeze. As I pulled them from the box, I thought the quality was suspect, but as I put the first one together, I determined they were well designed and sturdy canopies. I'm pleased.

Assembly was easy and the step by step instructions were clear. Easy to install. You will need a drill bit set though not mentioned in the instructions. Let's see how it holds up to 12 inches of wet heavy snow.

This product exceeded my expectations. The price is reasonable and it was not hard to install. It looks great and was shipped much faster than I expected. I received it within 2 days of my order being placed. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend to others.

the awning arrived ontime and in perfect shape. Assembly was very easy, you do need an extra set of hands to install it though. Looks just like the picture and we will see how it holds up over the winter months. I think it's a good value for the price paid.

I just installed it. It works nice. but now I start to worry about water backsplash and ice build up in the winter. Does anyone have similar concerns?

Well Built. Easy to install. I put it on a steel carport and it took some additional supports behind the metal exterior but that was a snap.

Very good quality and installation is very easy. I bought this for my window because my window is so low and I need something higher and fits perfectly. Very nice.

I was able to assemble and install the canopy myself mainly because it is so light. I assembled it off the floor on two portable tables. My house is stucco so I used concrete anchors (Tapcon) to attach the canopy to the house. No worries trying to find a stud.
