With this toilet most initial flushing issues are due to the vacuum system not being properly aligned. Usually this can be rectified by loosening the tank & shifting it slightly to re-position. Many times, you can feel a little displacement as the tank moves into the correct position. When re-tightening the tank, start with the nut away from the fill valve, to help maintain proper seal. High efficiency
I installed 2 of these 3 1/2 years ago because we are on wells which have limited capacity and water saving was a great feature. They have worked perfectly and have not had any issue with clogging. We do use bidets which reduce the amount of toilet paper. The flush button got sticky once, but a bit of Jaymor's 191S and haven't had any issue since.

A waste of $333
I have 12 bathrooms in my small inn and only one of the bathrooms required a rear-outlet toilet. I purchased this toilet and it is the worst toilet I have ever had. It just won't flush properly. I ever had my plumbers check it out and they said it was a horrible design; we tried bypassing the water saving device in the tank but there just isn't the head pressure to properly flush. This toilet won't even flush pee! A waste of $333!
