I’m on my 5th order item is broken every time. Can’t get my bathroom fixed. 4 shipments to house broken and now 1 store delivery broken. Home Depot please fix this!!!

I had to order this toilet & it came in cracked the first time. The second one was good. Fits perfect and hard to tell it is smaller than normal

Easy to install with the kit provided. Not noisy. Water saving doesn't always flush everything, 2 flush needed sometimes. But it doesn't clog.

The only issue with this toilet is I had to shave off some of the toilet seal spacer with a utility knife to get the toilet to compress all the way to the wall. The instructions say the rough in for the flange should be flush with or 1/16th proud of the finished surface. In my case it ended up about 1/8th proud of the finished tile. The recommended toilet seal is the "better than wax" seal, which comes with a spacer if your flange rough in isn't perfect. Even though my flange was more proud than the toilet specified, the toilet slid right to the wall and there was play between the outlet and the toilet seal. I threw the spacer on the seal and it made the toilet stick out way too far from the wall and there was no way I could compress it that much with the closet bolts without cracking the bowl. I ended up slicing about half the spacer off and that was perfect.

Before I bought this toilet for my bathroom I did a lot of research. One of the reasons I bought the Niagara was that it was recommended to me from a contractor and I read that it was made in the USA. It also comes with a limited lifetime warranty. Finally it had great reviews on The Home Depot website. First off, it is not made in the USA. Please see the attached picture of the bottom of the bowl. When I installed it there was leaking between the tank and the bowl. My professional plumber took the tank off and reinstalled it and it was still leaking. We noticed that the porcelain round hole of the bowl was not an exact fit to the tank. I returned it to Home Depot and bought a Kohler Cimarron. As said by other reviewers, if your toilet is perfectly made it's probably fine, but unfortunately mine was not. Just want to warn people that it's hit or miss with this toilet. I took the toilet back to Home Depot the day after I bought it (in the original packaging) and I was given a full refund. Fortunately Home Depot did honor their return policy.

Replaced an old water guzzling Kohler toilet. Needed a 10 inch rough in model with a round bowl for tiny 1/4 bath. It was pretty easy to install and is working beautifully. Quick powerful flush and fast, quiet refill. We used a quiet close lid instead of the one included. Highly recommended. I especially like the fact that it sits next to a 100 year old corner sink.

The bathroom this commode was installed in had an old, 1980's, very short, very small round toilet in it. Originally I looked for an elongated bowl unit to replace the old one. However, the rough in is 10 1/2 " and right now elongated bowls with this dimension are hard to find. The Niagara Stealth fits really well, is higher than the old unit and not as cramped. We really have no complaints. I have not had the experience of it not cleaning itself well when flushed. It is quiet, efficient, comfortable and economical. Price is good, also.

Packed very well, finish is nice, flushes perfect, no notice that it uses 1/2 the water of others other than the flush is quicker. Re- fill is quiet as advertised. No problem with the tank lid as some have mentioned although it does not seat as deep as other lids..All parts were included except for supply line. I needed a taller wax ring than supplied but that was because my flange was lower than the tile. Great price for a very good looking and working toilet. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I bought one last yr. It saves so much water!!! Huge + . I had to buy another one for my upstairs bathroom. One quick flush and everything goes down quickly. It is a big saver on water and money.

Works very well. Has a strong flush and only uses 0.8 gal of water per flush. Includes a Seat and Wax ring, and Mounting Flange Bolts. You need to buy a water supply line for it. It is not included.

we re did my bathroom cwith new tile.. unfortunately never considered the space needed between the screws of toilet and the wall needs at least 12 inches. we were 1/2 inch short.this worked out perfectly!

We are generally satisfied with this toilet. We had it installed by the Home Depot contracted installer, and the service was excellent. The technician was prompt, polite, and the install was perfect (it has been in service a month). With it being the 10 inch rough in model, we had to order it--not available in any stores in the Detroit area. The higher seat height is great, the flush does a great job removing even large volumes, and it is very quiet. Our only complaint is that the flush cycle does not wash the sides of the bowl very well. We frequently get debris on the sides that only a brush (and not a second flush) will clear. The 0.8 GPF of this toilet is amazing. But since I was going from a 50-year-old toilet to this one, if I had instead chosen a 1.28 GPF model I still would have seen tremendous water savings. I think that if there is a 1.28 GPF toilet out there that does everything this toilet does, and also cleaned the sides well--that would be the perfect choice.

Base was smashed I'll have to try again. Not looking forward to lugging that up the stairs to my second floor condo.again!!

Just what we needed and it looks elegant. Installed 3 days ago and it's working perfectly fine. I'm impressed with the flushing power. My old toilet was at 11-12"" rough-in, a 12" rough-in toilet we tried before didn't fit well. This toilet's lid is at 2" from the wall and it's sitting at 11-5/8" from the wall. The instructions are vague though, I didn't adjust anything in the tank since it doesn't show or explain where the water level should be or the flush button so I will contact the manufacturer to be sure, but still working fine. The screws, washers and nuts installation order for the seat and toilet are very confusing, only shows a picture and the hardware is different than what they really are. I've read many reviews of other toilets arriving broken. I ordered this one with delivery to the store thinking probably The Home Depot personnel will handle it with more care and it arrived well. I'm thankful that an employee helped me load it in the car. Even with the flaws, we are loving this toilet.

I have 2 of these Niagara units and soon will be adding a 3rd. I think this is a GREAT toilet. It's powerful, just .8 gallons per flush and very quiet. My only complaint is that I think the included seat could be of higher quality. Clearly Niagara is more interested in the flush then they are in comfort. Considering toilets last for decades, the water efficiency should more than cover the additional cost. I would not hesitate to highly recommend it to anyone.

This was a great product and easy to install. It really does live up to the hype as a low flush, quiet toilet. It stays clean even with hard water and my toddler son has been completing QA on a regular basis.

Great quality. Flushes perfect every time, even with it being an ultra high efficiency toilet. The only complaint I have is that the toilet is too tall. Not everyone wants a high chair for a toilet, it would be nice if not all toilets are manufactured at ADA and rather have a height add on kit for ADA. Too high of a stool height has already been proven to be a contributor to hemorrhoids and bowel disease.

Other than self-induced installation problems, the toilet works great. One minor thing I've run into is that when going #2 sometimes there is leftover #2 in the bowl. Basically the flush doesn't effectively flush away some #2. But usually after 1-2 flushes it goes away. Idk, but the toilet itself looks great and works fine. However, I did keep my old seats because the new ones aren't as durable. Other than that, it was super easy to install and looks great.

Absolutely Phenomenal - installs in minutes and performs flawlessly. The only issue was my own skepticism initially leading me to think in watching it flush (and tank water level only lowers ~3") that it wasn't working right. I was used to seeing the action in a 3.5 gallon unit it replaced. A quick web search confirmed all was normal. Pros: refills in seconds, very quiet, minimum of moving parts, limited lifetime guarantee, comes complete with new hardware including flange bolts, wax ring, seat (although wife wanted to keep her old blue seat). The fill valve is from Fluidmaster. Unbeatable price. Best of all: it really works - every time. Cons: NONE!

I needed to save water as our well is very slow to recover. I was skeptical when I purchased, wanted to get 1 to test with. So far so good, its held up great with 3 teenagers. Everything is always gone with 1 flush. Just ordered my second one. These toilets will save our house an average of 600 gallons of water a month.

These toilets are GREAT !! I have bought 2 of them in the last month. When it came time to replace a toilet I like so many others went to the internet to do a little research and buy something I would be happy with. This toilet was rated 5 stars and now I know why. When it came time to replace another toilet I immediately went to buy the same kind. Its quiet, has a strong flush, and only uses .8 gal of water. I have already recommended this toilet to friends.

Space and water-saving toilet. Works great, installed like any other... I love the .8 gal/flush! Not only do you save water, but in the winter, there is less water coming in and waiting in the tank, needing to be heated to room temperature--it saves heat too!

Replaced 1970 s toilet had to flush multiple times but now smooth flush, very happy. Oh yeah my wife even uses this bathroom now!

Home Depot delivered twice the same product and both times toilet was cracked and Broken upon delivery. Very disappointed

Looking for a water saving toilet for our renovation in February 2023, I noticed this single button ultra low flush toilet. I was skeptical it would work without frequent clogging. But I took a chance and bought two. We are a family of four. I am pleased to report both have worked very well and clog no more than our previous toilets that used more water. In fact they rarely clog. I was not paid for this review.

When I ordered the toilet it came with broken pieces (in both boxes!) When I ordered the toilet the second time (in this store this time so I don't need to bring it back if it's broken again) it did not come at all (or it was broken again) and store manager ordered another one. I finally installed the third toilet (after 3 weeks of the wait!) When it flashes, it doesn't flash solids (poop) fully. I need at least to flash it two times. I am very disappointed: Stay away from ordering this product!
