Light inside serves no purpose. Doesn't give enough illumination to see much inside the cooler.

I received my order on time. The packaging was in great condition. However when I opened the packaging the item was damaged. This was clearly damaged before it was packaged. The door has many dents and creases. Even the side is dented. No visual damage to the packaging ! very dissatisfied.

Theinternal LED light makes it very handy to see what's inside the cooler without having to open the door. The only draw back is it is a lot smaller than we thought it would be and only holds 24 regular sized bottles. The larger bottles have to go in the basket in the bottom of the cooler and only a couple will fit there.

The unit I received was short the two screws used to secure the door handle to the door. I called NewAir and was very pleased that they went the extra mile to locate the shipping order and verify that I was a valid customer. They shipped he screws that day. I highly recommend NewAir.

I got the product for Christmas, as soon as I started putting it together I noticed the the threading on one of the screws was messed up, therefore I couldn't attach the handle. Before sending it back I emailed the address on the bottom of the manual and I quickly got a response from Vincent. He said that he could just send me another screw. Vincent was very professional and very helpful. I can't wait to use my cooler!

Very nice. Fits perfectly on countertop. Very quite unit.

This cooler is small enough to sit on the counter top and holds 12 typical sized wine bottles. It runs very quiet and has done a great job so far. The only issue i had was the back corner panel was dented upon arrival although the box was not damaged and the packaging was snug so believe it must have shipped that way. For my purposes it was not a big enough issue to bother with returning. Otherwise the product is exactly what i wanted.

Perfect for my needs, which is to sit on top of my spare refrigerator. Would look great in the kitchen also if you have the cabinet or counter space available. Attractive and well designed. Flexible installation requirements. Keeps the temperatures I set it at. I believe it to be very quiet. Fit and finish is very good but not perfect. You get what you pay for so don't expect high-end product. I got it on sale ($40 off), which made the choice easier. Very happy with wine fridge..so far!

We love our NewAir Wine Cooler! The fit and finish are beautiful and the stainless steel exterior makes it very attractive and it's basically plug in and go. Couldn't be more simple and easy to use. The staff at NewAir are very friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend them and their products.

I love this wine cooler. It is not too big and holds just enough wine. It fits on the counter or even on the floor. It doesn't get in the way. The stainless steel finish matches any room.

I love that the cooler is small enough to keep in the kitchen or dining room, but also large enough to hold enough bottles of wine for us. We are not huge wine drinkers so having a larger cooler would be a waste for us. I like that it has a light feature and that it isn't too bright, just bright enough to be used when you need it. The wine is easy to remove from all shelves, especially since you are able to pull out a few of the racks to ensure you are grabbing the correct bottle. Unless you are right next to the cooler you don't even realize that it is running, the noise level is that low.

Most wine coolers are too big for our use. This one is the perfect size.

I have already recommended this cooler to my friends! I bought this wine cooler on-line and I am totally satisfied. The reviews have all been favorable and various websites were out of stock. Would make an excellent gift for anyone!!

I'd like to keep my wine cool at the right temperature at all the times.

I've had this wine cooler for three months now. This baby works great! It keeps my wine chill and has a great design. The stainless steel finish makes my kitchen look fabulous. The wine cooler has not given up on me and i have it running 24/7. When it reaches temperature, the unit is so quiet I can't even hear it. I recommend everyone to buy this wine cooler. Once I start buying more wines, I'm going up upgrade to the AW-321ED!

We've had this for a few months now and we love it! We use it for white wine and it keeps the wine perfectly cold, but our power bill has not shot up since getting the fridge. I also love how the shelves can pull out so you can see a whole roll of bottles at once!

The LED blue light is not only seen on the temperature control, but it is also seen on the inside, so it lights up my wine that is inside making it seen easily, but does not raise the temperature of the cooler. Giving it a very nice and stylish look! With the interior features, aside from the LED blue light, which can be left on or turned off, I like that I can store up to 12 bottles and that the trays slide in and out very easily, making it so putting the wine in and getting it out is simple. There is little to no vibration, so you have no clinking sounds while it is running.

We added this to our bar area recently and use it on the top of the counter. It's the perfect size for this! We have all our white wine in there and I love how easy it is to just pull out a bottle perfectly chilled!

We just got this a few weeks ago and already love it! You can set the temp for red or white wine and it works great! Would deff recommend to a friend!

We are big wine drinkers, but rarely have room in our refrigerator to chill our white wine. I always thought our kitchen was too small for a wine cooler. I love the size of this wine cooler. I received the New AIr 121-E Cooler for review. All opinions are my own and yours may differ. This New AIr 121-E 12 bottle wine cooler is great for small spaces. I love the sleek design, stainless steel door and super cool LED light on the inside of the cooler. This looks so cool! You can take out the shelves if you have large bottles of wine to store. It works great and keeps the bottles and a constant temperature between 55 and 60n degrees, There is a slight constant hum with this machine but it is very low and blends in with the other appliances.

This wine cooler is doing a great job. The wine is nice and chilled and the cooler itself is very quiet.

We received this wine cooler from NewAir and it is perfect. It holds twelve bottles with easy-to-slide out shelves. The soft-blue light illuminates the wine nicely, yet doesn't put off any heat. We had a slight problem with the handle at first, but NewAir sent us a new one and we haven't had any other issues. All in all, we love this wine cooler. The adjustable temperature means that our wine and even champagne comes out at the perfect temperature.
