So far so good ... really holds the temp well! Also, quite!

When plugged in for the first time the thermostat did not light completely. We ordered this online (store did not have it!) and did not want to return it to the store as we needed it right away; therefore, I called NewAir direct to see if they could please send a new circuit board for hubby to install. Nope! "Must return to store." Unable to do that and wait for a new one to be shipped! IF the store had one in stock we would have returned the defective one in a heartbeat! So, we are stuck with a defective new unit!

We love our personal wine refrigerator. It's very modern looking and is so quite.

We live in a small apartment half of our lives and this fridge fits in the food pantry so we don't have to put it out where it would take valuable space. We have a larger New Air in our other residence and enjoy it just as much.

Fits our needs perfectly. Great value & features, reliable & ideal size for our family & social habits. Love it!

Works well, however, it does not recall the temperature you have it set for after a power outage. If you have it set for 65 degrees and suffer a power outage, when power comes back on it is reset to 55 degrees. There are other competively priced Wine Coolers on the market that handle this occurrence properly.

I had a custom wine bar built around the specs for this unit and the specs on the Home Depot website are INCORRECT. This wasted my time as well as my cabinet guy’s time AND I had to return it. We also had to make changes to the wine bar, which means extra time and money.

Love it!!! Meets all expectations for a small wine refrigerator.

The cooler chills rapidly and is a warmer temperature than the fridge (to 53F or warmer), perfect for white wines and roses. It is light and easy to move around, so you can put it on the counter for big parties. The two drawbacks are that the LED light display of temperature is so bright it can be blinding in the middle of the night, and the unit is not tall enough to allow addition and removal of bottles without pulling each shelf out like a tray. Problematic when full of bottles and the user has already used one. Would recommend an option to turn off or at least greatly dim the LED. We have a card taped over it, which is unsightly, and the light still bleeds through. Needs foil.

Small and Fancy. Great gift.

Purchased it online and got it for my wofe for christmas. The led light did not work and a dent on the side. Called new air and they sent out a replacement light and it never got here. Called again and they resent it.. still haven't gotten it... not happy at all been 4 almost 5 weeks now.

Holds the temp well and love the pull out shelves to access the wine.

The NewAir 12-bottle Thermoelectric wine cooler arrive with about 4 huge dents all around the front. It was as if someone literally threw this cooler around. Very disappointed!

Poor engineering. Not enough space between the shelves, Bottes get jammed from lack of clearance. Typical made in China junk.

Love it! The only thing that would make it better is if it would be colder

Did not get a chance to use it. It arrived damaged so we returned it.

Great size for a small space. We put it together with a mini fridge.

Wine bottles do not fit well on middle shelves

The unit is attractive and will work fine, but was really surprised and disappointed that the shelves are so close together you have to LIFT one up to put a bottle of wine into one or more of the shelves.

Very satisfactory product and my wife loves it... so if she is happy I'm super happy too..

Beautiful wine cooler Looks great on my counter. The led lights add a warm cozy look to the room.

Product does work well, is noisy though. it is never completely quiet.
