It worked good but then stopped working I am working with warranty department they have been good so far

My son uses this for his room and loves the clear door and that overall very quiet for his room and compact that it doesn't take up tons of room. Also we had an issue reached out to customer service and they helped us walk through and fix our problem. So thankful for great help.

Our refrigerator quit working within the year. I called the company to troubleshoot and the refrigerator was under warranty. The customer service rep was very quick to respond and quick to help me fix the problem! I will definitely use this company again!

Newair cooler purchased has plenty of space. It holds a lot of beverages. The manufacturer has been very helpful. They are willing to provide assistance even if my warranty has expired.

Small and nice unit that fit our space. Stainless steel trim and glass door make an attractive piece to the kitchen. Very good price compare to the other options. Customer service is nice and promptly address any issue that I had.

I love this fridge for storing drinks in our kitchen, and it looks good too. It did break about 10 months after purchase, so it was still within manufacturer warranty period, and the customer service was exceptional when trying to fix the problem. They first suggested a simple fix with a replacement part that they sent. After that didn't work, they just sent us a new fridge to replace the broken one (which we sent back with prepaid shipping). Thank you to the customer service team!

This is the second unit we purchased as the first one would not get below 55 degrees and the second one the door sweated and water ran on the floor. Waiting on replacement.

I've used this product for 9 months and had been satisfied with the results, until now, the temperature sensor failed to work fast, and now I'm struggling to get it fixed because I'm not in the US.

We bought a Newair AB-850 84 can beverage cooler back in July 2020 and within 3 months the compressor was out. Newair customer service was great, though, and sent us a completely new refrigerator immediately, free of charge, as the unit has a one-year warranty. So now the unit we received in October 2020 is out and will not cool a mere year later in October 2021. Customer service was great once again, and said they believe that the reason the unit will not cool is due to the temperature censor. They will send a new temperature sensor free of charge, but they do not expect to have temperature censors available for another month (mid-November 2021). We'll see what happens after we install the new temperature censor...

I use this unit in my home office / man cave and it's a perfect size for the space. Small enough it doesn't take up too much room and large enough that I don't have to make trips to the kitchen often.

I love my cooler and have used it since I received it as a gift last holiday season; its good for cans of all sizes. It worked beautifully for 9 months; it has what they call an issue with the unit's temperature sensor. I reported it to Newair and they quickly advised me they will ship the part when it becomes available. I hope this happens soon as the holidays are coming and I need my beverages cold!!. Overall a good product.

I had an issue with the original product but called customer service and they quickly made everything right. I spoke with Gabby and she was extremely courteous and efficient.

We love this unit for our reception rooms for our patients. Looks great and works well! We have one at each of our locations. Also, their customer service/ support has been super easy to get a hold of and to get a response. We are super happy with it all!!

The unit arrived working straight out of the box. Runs very quiet. Keep beverage cool no problem. However about a few weeks ago, less than a year of operation, the unit quit working, no signs of life at all and beverages are at room temperature, warm and not cold at all despite the maximal setting. Melissa at Newair is very pleasant and understanding when called. She assured me that a replacement unit is on the way. Can't wait.

I purchased this fridge about 6 months ago and am really happy with the quality, how it looks, and the organization of the shelves inside. I appreciate the glass front and it keeps our drinks cold. I just started having issues with a sensor and Newair was helpful and responsive with getting it fixed quickly.

It's been a year now, and I am about to receive my third fridge as they keep breaking. Would not recommend the product, but Anfernee in customer service has been awesome, so I am giving three stars overall

Fridge died after 4 months (12 mo warranty). It is now a cupboard merely disguised as a small beverage refrigerator.

Used it for our bonus room and does what it's supposed to do. Had an issue with cooling but the service team resolved it for me...quick and friendly!

I purchased this beverage fridge to use for just that. It looks great in our pantry for drinks and fit perfectly under the cabinet. I love having a place to have drink options nice and cold without using up my precious refrigerator space. The kids really love it! It has a nice clean, modern look to it. I am so happy we finally ordered one!

We like the stylish look and capacity size of our NewAir Beverage Cooler. I purchased it as a gift for my husband's mancave, and it fits nice in the cabinet unit. We did experienced a power issue with the unit and we're working with customer service to obtain a replacement unit.

I have to say the product is okay but I was superised by the customer servece. Real people. Easy to understand and helpful

I ordered this refrigerator and we have loved it for the kids teen room. We had an issue with it and the customer service person was very easy to get a hold of and very quickly remediated the issue. It's unusual to have such good customer service these days!
