Product stopped working about 20 months after I bought it. It has been used as a food/drink cooler and I would not recommend you buy this if you are planning on using it longer than a year and a half.

This is a nice little fridge. It looks nice and fits a a lot. I did have an issue with the temperature sensor, but customer service got back to me right away and sent out a new part for free. I would recommend.

The NewAir Freestanding Beverage Fridge, is living up to it specifications and working like a charm. The temperature is perfect for the beverages I keep in it. Before I purchased many reviewers mentioned the noise as the only negative. This is true, it is quite loud, mine is in my basement so I have no problem with it but I am not sure how I would feel having it anywhere else. Overall very pleased with the product.

Used 18 months before it stopped working. Customer service said it was past warranty but said I could buy a new temp censor. Then they said I can't buy the part and had a buy a new unit entirely

Bought this model in July 2021. Compressor quit May 2022. Fern at NewAir said she'd send us a replacement (850AB) but we had to send the original one back. We used the replacement box and a prepaid label from FedEx, and plugged in the replacement. Five hours later the temp never got below 50°. Now we're waiting to hear back from management about a refund. We went through proper channels, managed to get a heavy fridge out of a box, the first one in the box and dropped off for pick up. This model must be defective, and we've decided not to give NewAir another opportunity to send us another defective fridge. I have to say that Fern has been helpful, but NewAir needs to make this right immediately.

Not only does the fridge hold a lot of beverages, easy to operate, and keeps my drinks nice and cool; it is also very stylish. As an added bonus you can even switch the door to swing the other way if you want to. I would definitely recommend and buy another one.

NewAir 17 in. 90 (12 oz.) Can Freestanding Beverage Cooler Fridge: Looks & feels well-made, ideal capacity for my needs. It worked well for a month and then wouldn't cool below 48 degrees - verified by both digital & analog thermometers. The unit now sits unplugged as a convenient flat surface next to my bed. Maybe I'll eventually lug it to a local professional to see if it can be fixed.

I have loved this fridge. I had an issue and called customer service, they took care of me right away. The agent Camilla answered my questions and replaced my unit quickly.

I have enjoyed using this mini fridge with minimal issues and when attempting to contact support they have been very responsive and helpful. Appliance keeps beverages cold and there is minimal noise compared to other mini fridges.

We use it for extra drinks and it definitely keeps them cold. Company was quick and responsive when we had a problem.

Like the clean glass look of this fridge. Had some trouble with it cooling after a few months, but customer service was prompt, flexible, and worked with me to get it replaced.

Great unit - Keeps beverages at desired temperature.

This size is great for my (almost) empty nest household. My college son and I put our soft drinks and beer in here. Keeps them at just the right temperature and allows space in the fridge for milk, juice, and coffee creamer. It tucks under the bottom pantry shelf and allows us easy access to grab a snack and a beer.

We purchased it brand new and opened it to find the inside glass broken

I had trouble with the first item so contacted customer service who were kind enough to replace it for free.

We had some issues with the temperature sensor in our unit. The unit worked fine until it just one day stopped cooling. Unfortunately the replacement part was on back order for quite some time, but customer service was very helpful and responsive.

We have all of our cold drinks in our bar. So pool side we can get drinks without going inside. The glass window door is an amazing look.

Looks great and cools very cold for ice cold beer but after 8 months quit cooling. warranty replacement is a hassle. the glass front with stainless trim and led lighting enhance the look in our basement bar.

We've been using this fridge model since August 2019 and the drinks are always cold, ready to give out to our visitors. Whenever we've had issues the customer service agents are always so helpful and prompt with our concerns. I would highly recommend.

I have been very happy with this fridge. My husband tested it out and was indeed able to fit 90 cans. It looks very sleek and modern, especially for the price. Make sure it is used freestanding as intended. Customer service was very responsive with any questions I had.

I received this beverage fridge as a Christmas gift in 2020 and it has been a great addition to the apartment. Whether we're hosting a game watch, party, or some family friends, we always have plenty of ice cold drinks on hand. The sleek stainless steel front window design has also received plenty of compliments from our friends! When our temperature sensor went out this month, the Newair customer service team was courteous and quick to get a replacement part on order. I will definitely purchase another as an apartment/house warming gift for our friends!

This is a great addition to our basement bar. Perfect amount of storage and I love the full glass front. And the customer service department is outstanding to work with!

We have this unit in our man cave and it looks great and keeps the beer cold. The LED lights look great and the stainless door enhances everything. I would recommend it if you don't need too much room. Great for cans.lhbt

It was a pleasure dealing with Ingrid at Newair. Her customer service was as good as any. The situation was corrected at once and I would definitely buy another and highly recommend anyone who is looking for a fridge to seriously consider Newair!

I use this unit to hold drinks. It get really cold which is just the way I like my drinks.

Love this model and the design. Had an issue recently, and the customer service was great! They replied very quickly, helped me troubleshoot the issue and sending me the replacement part needed. Glad to see they stand behind their products!

Use it for my beer "habit" as well as my yeast packs to keep them fresh. Holds a solid amount of bottles and cans. Customer service when I had a question was top notch. Anthony was fantastic.
