I like this can however at times the lid does not want to cooperate. I will hold my hand over the sensor and it will not open or close.

The pal is small for a family of 4.

The trash bin is a very convenient size and the automatic lid works well.

Excellent! Absolutely love our new garbage can. Works great and placed rechargeable batteries in it and they have lasted two weeks already.

Exactly what we needed to divvy them up!

This review is based on several weeks of use. The compartments are deceptively larger than they seem, fitting far more trash than anticipated. It’s also very sturdy. Regular 13 gallon bags work well and are easy to install, thanks to separate rings for each compartment. I opted to place stickers on inside lid... works just fine.

Works great! Easy to use. We like having trash & recycling separate in one unit. Does close quickly so if you need more time hit the “open” button.

Attractive and well made, but it goes through 4 “D” batteries pretty quickly.

I will buy it again, no issue.

Very happy with my purchase exactly what I needed.

I would have preferred bins that you can take out for better cleaning, apart from that it works perfectly

This is the best trash can ever! I was so tired of leaving recyclables on the counter till I took them outside to the bin. Fabulous buy!

I thought this garbage can was perfect because we needed something that will sort the trash, we decided to buy this one because it was big enough. Well that was a complete mistake, we went out and buy brand new batteries and within a day or so it stop working, you have to constantly removed the batteries and put it back in. It will work for a little while and just stop. At first it thought maybe the batteries we purchased was not good, so we decided to buy some more batteries only to have the same thing keep happening. We believe the lid on these cans are defective we also have a hunch that the manufactures and the stores knows about the defect and is selling it anyway because they just don't care. There are just way too many complaints about the lid on these cans for them not to noticed. We decided to look at other reviews for this can and it seem to be the same complaint that almost everyone is making. I wish we had looked at the reviews before purchasing. The only upside to this, is that most of the time these garbage are usually expensive but we happened to get this one on sale so we don't feel bad about the purchased, we also didn't want to deal with the hassle of returning it. If we could give this zero stars we would. please save your money and look for another.

It's what's to be expected. Wish it was plug in though. I turn it off at night so that I won't have to buy D batteries all of the time.

The trash can itself is good quality however the sensor is better on a Halloween toy. I would not recommend

East to assemble, works great, hope the batteries last a long time between replacements, could be the only issue i see with it.

Thought ot would have been easier to use. It is a pain trying to put both bags in nit to mention that one of the pieces that you take out when throwing out trash is missing. Also batteries lasted a week...
