Easy install with the tool from the faucet manufacturer, nice flow and aeration stream

Purchased to replace the factory aerator in the Hansgrohe Talis M faucet purchased at Costco. The factory unit does not add air to the water stream; i.e. the stream is solid water and splashes in the sink easily. Replacing the factory unit with this aerator adds air to the water stream and reduces splashing considerably.

Just what I was looking for. I was replacing a 1.2 Luminar aerator that had weak flow. The 1.5 has enough flow with out too much.

Bought a faucet for $500. That splashed. This little part made that faucet satisfying to use - without splashing.

The Tom Thumb size seems to be less common and Home Depot online was one of the few places I could find one, let alone the "PCA" type. They were also the least expensive. I ordered it for less than $3 and had it shipped to the store for free. It improved my $500 faucet which came with an aerator that seemed to let 100% of the water through and add no air. This Neoperl aerator added the air and made the faucet worth the price we paid.
