Fitting for the pole is too large in diameter ,you have to use very large pole!

So far it's a lovely light. I'll wait to see how it performs before giving five stars.

The only negative here is that there are no cap nuts with this. I replaced two coach lights, which, I imagine is a pretty standard thing to do with these lights. The lights work fine so far, about two weeks.

I replaced a wired post light with this after my wiring shorted. Install was extremely easy. What has been disappointing though is how dim it is by 10pm. I did install it right before winter so the days are short, batteries are cold, and it kicks on before 5 so definitely hard environment, but it is clearly quite inferior to anytime you can get wires out. My setup is never in the shade so from an install perspective its ideal. This is definitely for people looking for the easy button, just don't expect it to really compare at all to normal ac lights.

These products look nice but the quality is bad; I have full sun all day and the lights almost gone around 2:00 in the morning. I bought two of these and will return them to the store.

Brighter than expected. This is my 2nd set of solar pole lights. These are nice and bright. I have one on each side of my drive. Lights up drive nicely. I live in Florida where sun is alway out so these stay charge throughout night. I have them set on low which is perfect. I highly recommend these.

I have installed these lights on a recently installed carport in order to mark the new poles. I waited the two days as instructed for the batteries to fully charge and the lights were bright for approximately 4 hours before they started to dim. They provide the light needed as advertised.

Charged 2 days before putting up. Has a low n high controller. Set it on Low first night and only stayed ON for little over 3 hours. Next day took lamp down n put lamp to charge all day in sun. Then that night hang it back n set it on high & only stayed On for less couple hours. Ordered online fixing to take both back to HomeDepot I did like it was Solar and easy to hang up/ installed.

used this to replace a gas light that was never hooked up. It makes more light then expected.

It's ok but the lamp doesn't stay on all night and that's a problem

I bought two of these lights to make the entry of my driveway light at night and specifically for a party. They worked great! The biggest problem I had was the height of the posts I wanted to put them on was not really high enough so that they were not getting hit by the gate post, but that was a problem with what was existing on my end, not a problem with the product. It comes with the two accessories so that you can choose how you mount these lights, which is great! There is a switch for on and off, but we leave ours in the on position all the time and mine has been up and working since April 1st with no real problems at all. There are spiders that have made the light it's home, but it still works great and I do appreciate being able to see when I am trying to unlock my gate. I think this was a great cost effective way to illuminate the area and I purposely waited a while to make sure that they had longevity before I put up a glowing review. For me these were still a lot of money, but I have no regrets. Great solar lights!! Sturdy product.

I received my light and got all the pieces except mounting hardware. I called the company twice. I have yet to receive any parts. My local hardware had some to work for extra $3.00. So be prepared to buy your own mounting hardware and nut.

Though the light is bright when it first comes on, it does not last through the night.

I brought lamp home and mounted it on an existing pole.. Fit great.. Let the lamp stay in sun for 2 days while off as recommended.. Lamp is not as bright as my regular porch light but that is what I wanted.. Do not want bright light shining in windows all night..The lamp lasts all night as long as sun all day before.. Not much difference between high and low setting.. I like the idea that it comes on at night and goes off in morning.. this is good for when we are out of town as I used to leave my porch light on and that is a good sign no one is home when it burns all day and night..Got it on one day sale at $60.. Don't think I would pay full price..

had a handy man install the lights and very easy to install, and the best part they are solar and do not have to worry about electricity turning on and off, very pleased at this time

Paint has faded badly in 11 months and the batteries have failed.

It appears to be a nice lamp, however the vendor shipped the wrong mounting package and while Home Depot Customer Service people have been very helpful. Jeremy on Nov. 3, Jackie on Nov 11, Ruby on Dec 7. They all have not been able to get Bayport to ship the need wall mounting bracket so I can install the lamp.

Easy to install and has three different ways to mount it, but the batteries don't last it dies midway through the night....what's the point?

I bought 3 units and installed 2 only. They were exposed to the sun all day long. When first turn on at night. It's great for 2 hours and it's dim after that. I would give it a 2 star only. I returned 2 units and kept one since I only kept 2 boxes. My advice is don't throughout the box.

Charge doesn't last all night long. I bought this product hoping that The light would still be working in the morning to allow illumination by our driveway, unfortunately it doesn't.

The lamp looks great. Hopefully you do not expect the nicest solar lamp on the market at this price. While I am not up all night, I believe the lamp shines well enough for around 4-5 hours on the bright setting. It will continue to shine practically all night long, though after the 4-5 hours you would be better off using the screen glow from your phone. The only real issue is how long it took to arrive. I ordered online and the lamps took about a month to arrive. Good ole HD never even provided an order status during this time!

I have tried several different types and brands of solar light and these are the only one hat put off a good amount of light on my driveway. I would buy these again. They do get a full day of sun and on the low setting provide enough light to last till 4am. They're up 6ft on a fence.

Easy to install. Worked perfectly replacing on old gas lamp. Time will tell if the solar aspect lasts.

I WILL REVIEW LATER IN THE WEEK WHEN I HAVE TIME TO TAKE IT OUT OF THE BOX AND SEE HOW IT DOES.

Have not had alot of time with them yet, but first impressions are very good.

Assembly was easy with mounting options. 2 settings for brightness and the high is very bright an covers a large area.
