I've been asked to review these lights but they will be given as Christmas gifts. However, I have some Mr Beams motion activated night lights in my home and love them. They're handy in the bathroom, kitchen, and as closet lights.

We purchased this product for use in our summer cabin to illuminate the stairs, which can be very difficult to see at night. With the placement of 2 units, the stairs are ideally illuminated with a soft glow that does not disturb others sleeping in the upstairs loft. The triggering of the motion sensor is great for our use.

Great night lights
I put these in my house as my elderly inlaws were going to stay with us. They performed perfectly.

Nice to have the light come on for dark pathways in the house. I do turn it around when not needed so that I'm not wasting the batteries. Plan to use one in a dark closet also.

Not so awesome... they flicker on and off with no...
Not so awesome... they flicker on and off with no motion. Half the time they don't even work.
My kids were excited about them until they used them the first night.

Great idea for staircases and areas that don't have an outlet to plug lights in. I put these on my staircases leading to my 2nd floor bedrooms so no one fumbles for the light switch and makes it safer. Also have them in the living room near the entry hall.
