I had the same sink installed 3 years ago and in that time it kept cracking. I called Glacier Bay and they refunded my money so I was able to get another one hoping the granite material had improved. That's one of my concerns as well as this sink is not a common size. So, I either had to replace it with the same sink or redo my kitchen countertops. I do like the depth and size of sinks.

Never made it out of the box
The product is fragile. Product was cracked on arrival twice. The product looks nice. The color matches the description. There are 4 holes per the description. The product is on line only, so packaging of the product needs to improve. Packaging IS part of the product.

Wish I could have a DO OVER!
I purchased the Grande in white about 2 years ago during a kitchen upgrade of countertop, backsplash, sink, faucet and undercabnet lighting. I had the sink undermounted to a quartz counter top that I love. Unfortunately I can't say the same for this sink. After a year stains were alreay starting to occur. I'm fairly particular about cleaning and maintaining everything I own so I would scrub the sink regularly with Barkeepers Friend and occationally with bleach water, but the sink continued to stain. You can now see yellowing on the sides and the bottom up to where the water line usually is. There are fine hairline cracks around the drains that take on stains more readily than the rest of the sink. I can tell these areas are getting just a little darker all the time. I paid around $200 for the sink. I'd say you get what you pay for but thats the same thing I paid for the Kohler stainless steel sing I took out after 10 years of use and installed in my mother-in-laws kitchen. Which by the way still looks better than this sink. The worst part of this story . . . I'll most likely have to replace that piece of countertop to replace the sink. I would like to point out that this white is s dull white, not a bright white. I'm fine with the original color just not the stained color.

Granite Sink
The sink has very obvious cracks in it that are readily visible. They cannot be felt - but are easily seen.

The great sink that ruined my kitchen
Love the sink design and size. Unfortunately, the color they show on the site isn't anything like the actual color. My monitor is right on the money too. Mocha, appears to be dark brown but is actually a light, gray putty color that wouldn't match with anyone's kitchen decor and really ruined my kitchen design. The dark brown looked too dark in the picture but would probably have worked well. But the contractor has come and gone and we're stuck with it. We're selling our house and I'm sure the new owner's will want to replace it as it really stands out and screams "I don't belong here!" As you can see from the photo, the tile and faucets would have looked fine if the sink had been the same color shown in the online photo.

Excellent Sink
This sink with the proper care will last longer than my old acrylic. It is beautiful and durable. Matches my kitchen and is a great finishing touch. Would recommend it to anyone!

Definitely NOT satisfactory!
We are on the 2nd sink. Both cracked in several places. The current sink cracked right after it was installed and began to stain within 6 months. The smooth finish has worn off to expose the fiberglass flakes. The sink is not abused! It gets wiped down after every use with a paper towel and Windex or soft scrub when needed. We are an older couple and wash only a few dishes/utensils on a daily basis. This sink has serious quality and production issues. The only reason it gets a "fair" value rating is for the depth of bowls, configuration and convenience. The only sink that's close and still reasonably priced is a stainless steel Kohler. Do yourself a favor a spend a bit more in the first place. This one definitely isn't worth the hassle!

Nice sink but a few issues
During a recent kitchen update we decided to replace our 25 year old stainless sink. This sink had all the features we wanted and was an excellent price. But, there are a few issues worth mentioning: 1. The bottom side of the rim of the sink is supposed to wide enough to allow for a bead of bedding sealer / adhesive for top mounting. The edge on our sink was barely 1/8" of inch wide, so it could not be mounted that way. A call to their customer service indicated that the lip should be ~1/2" wide, but due to inconsistences in manufacturing I will probably need to seal the sink by running a bead of silicone around the outside of the sink -- not an attractive option. 2. As noted in other reviews, the floor of each sink is completely flat or slightly graded away from the drains. This results in the sink(s) never draining completely. Both sides will retain a thin film of liquid that will leave behind stains or watermarks. A little scrubbing seems to remove the stains for now, but I expect that all that scrubbing will result in a scuffed surface that will become harder and harder to clean. 3. This last item isn't about the sink itself, rather how it is displayed in the store. In our local Home Depot the sink has a sticker over the 4th hole (used for a soap dispenser or hand sprayer) indicating that it is optional by removing a scored plug of material. This isn't the case. The 4th hole is manufactured into the sink and is not optional.

Buyer Beware
Hopefully this review will save more than a few people some time. I know now that if i had read all the reviews on all of the sinks out there I would have made a better choice the first time. My original sink was acrylic with many scratches and some major chips, the seal rim had broken and water was getting below so it was time for a replacement. I liked the color of the composite sinks as opposed the stainless type so I opted for this sink. Directly after installation the sink started developing hairline cracks where the basket sits and around the corners. When the sink is manufactured they use a grinding or cutting wheel to level the surface that meets the counter, this causes two issues. 1. it chips the outside of the rim slightly 2. The cutting is not completely level. Although the top of the rim is not completely level and the top of you laminate counter may not be completely level, the sink rim simply cannot stand up to any pressure without developing cracks like acrylic or stainless can. One reviewer mentiond that a pan dropped in the sink and it cracked so badly that is was unusable.

The ordering and shipping was fine, but sink was cracked.
When we discovered the crack in the sink, we returned it to our local store and bought the same sink there. The only problem was, they only had the sink in white, but we had the countertop installers all ready to install the sink, so we didn't put in the desert sand colored sink like we wanted. We really love the sink though even if it's not the color we wanted.

A great sink
This was a great upgrade from our old acrylic sink. That did not hold up well and was showing it's age. We were looking for a 60/40 bowl arrangement and wanted something in color. The sink is an off white with attractive mica like flecks that catch the light. The left bowl is super deep and large. It took our largest platter during Thanksgiving clean up! The finish is very smooth and a simple wipe down keeps it looking good.

Much nicer than I thought
I didn't want stainless sink this time and I am glad I chose this one. Really like the way it looks. Very deep sink on left which is great for large pots.

Beautiful addition to my kitchen
I just had this sink installed and it's gorgeous. I wanted the off-set (60/40) style and I almost bought a standard cast-iron but spotted this one. It is ridiculously deep and that's a good thing! The white is actually more 'off-white' or bisque but that's what I wanted. The care of a composite sink is different than I'm used to (no abrasive cleansers) so that will take some getting used to but all in all, I LOVE my new sink!

Decent product for a good price
We bought this sink as part of our complete kitchen renovation. Our countertops are madeira gold granite, so we wanted something light that wouldn't stand out and take away from the visual appeal of the countertops. This sink is not really white, more of an off-white with a very slight gray tint. I would have liked it a little more ivory in color, but that shade wasn't a choice. In any event, we really like how deep it is as well as wide. As I read in another review, the left side doesn't have quite the right downward angle to drain completely, so a little water always remains. But it's a minor nuisance rather than a big problem. I find the sink easy to clean with soft scrub every few days, though I notice the right side (where we put our garbage disposal) shows discoloration from food after a couple days. I have to give it a hard scrub to remove, but the sink has been very durable so far and withstands any tough scrubbing I do. For the price, this was definitely a good buy. If you spend a lot on your countertops and cabinets and are looking for a reasonably priced option that still does the trick and looks decent, this is the perfect sink for you.

Kitchen looks like a million bucks!
We replaced our 10 year old, scratched, chipped and stained porcelain sink with this Monte Blanc composite sink a month ago. It helped changed the whole look of the kitchen! We have laminate counter tops and had just put glass/stone mosaic wall tiles up and this sink matches perfectly. We tried 2 of the other colors first which we returned to our local Home Depot with no problems. Shipping time wasn't too bad. The sink seems to be very well made and it was very easy to for this Do-It-Herself Diva to install. I love that the sink has a smaller side and large side. The large side holds a 9x13 casserole dish perfectly flat making hand washing dishes a breeze. The finish of the composite is so pretty. It has little flecks of sparkle in it! The color of the sink is similar to coffee with a splash of cream mixed in. I have to remind myself to clean it because you just don't see any stains! A couple days after installation, I accidentally dropped one of my heaviest pots into the sink. That same pot had taken a huge chip out of our old sink a few years ago. The new Grande sink survived without a chip or scratch. That's quality! I was a bit concerned about the overall size of the sink. It's 1.25" larger than the standard sized sink we removed. I thought I'd have to cut a larger opening in the counter top, but to my surprise, it set right in to the opening!

There are cracks on it . Cracking line in the bottom after 1 day and vain cracks from the original crack after 2 weeks. More cracks in one corner and one crack coming from the drain. These are very small but I am not happy with the cracks

Originally bought this for our remodeled kitchen 6 years ago for mounting under our new quartz countertops. It resulted in an odd-shaped hole because the 4 holes are hidden. Cheaper to buy another while available vs. replacing the granite. Wearing well, but preparing for possible future need.

Sink on left is extremely uneven on the underside so it leaks around the drain. Used better rubber gaskets and much plumbers putty and still can’t stop the leaking. Right side is fine and has a tight seal using standard methods. This sink is a terrible manufacture. Need a refund or replacement.

I have bought this from Home Depot, the first one I bought had a hole in the corner of the bowl and had to be returned. They ordered one to replace it, when got ready to install it all four corners had cracks in them. I would not recommend that anyone buy this sink. Home Depot has been good about working with us.

After having sink installed for 4 months now, there are stress cracks in the corner - tiny little cracks. Not very good quality if there are cracks in the sink already. Wish I had a friend that had one of these as I don't care for the deep sink side as well as I thought I would. It's too deep. The faucet I bought to go with it also doesn't come out very far, nor does it have a stop to it, so it's very easy to get water all over the counter top. Also wish the sink were flush with the counter instead of sticking up over it.

Would not buy again if I had a do-over
i love the shape and size of this black sink...but l have to continually clean and oil the bottom. Otherwise it turns a light gray and looks horrible. I'm stuck with this since it's undercounted to a beautiful quartz countertop.

    Very disappointed
Sink was defective. Cracked along front edge. Sink appeared to be more like fiber glass than granite. Purchased a cast iron from Krohler for very similar money. Very pleased! A friend who purchased the same sink had to return it too because it was cracked.

      I love this sink !!!
This is the best looking sink I have ever seen!! The workman who installed it has had one for a long time and he said it holds up very well. I purchased the black inserts (for the drain holes) and the dark faucet takes it over the top. It does not spot up when wet. It is strong and has flakes of silver that sparkle when the light hits it. The 60/40 size with the offset sprayer is perfect! I love this sink!

Stained, cracked, chipped, doesn't drain properly.
This was installed in our home right before we purchased. Hate it! The base doesn't angle toward drain and we have food and liquid around the perimeter all the time. It's whitish, but the basin has stained a dirty brownish gray now. Bleach, ammonia, soda and vinegar - nothing helps. We have stains, chips, and even a crack appearing now. A metal rack left rust spots when it sat in the sink. They don't scrub out. I sent photos to the company and they were very kind, and sent a replacement. But now I'm thinking why would I put the same thing back in?
