Q:Purchased this sink & there is NOTHING in the box (except the sink of course). Hardware? NO Pattern? NO Counter Seal ring for undermount? NO NOTHING. Planning on undermounting and NEED counter seal ring for sure! And template if possible. I contacted Vance Industries but they do not have the Counter Seal Ring --- {ps: counter seal ring is a somewhat flexible pre-formed rubbery/flexible ring the exact shape & size of the sink}
this is ridiculous! HELP...out of time. Thx [avid HD shopper!!!]
