This blower is awesome. Light for the force of air coming from it. Our Dewalt doesn’t move this much air. Get a bigger battery cause it definitely needs power to perform the way it does.

Blower is well balanced and not as loud as I was expecting for a blower.

Surprisingly powerful blower and isn’t too heavy. I like that I can use the batteries I already have with it.

Pulled the blower out the box put a good battery in it and nothing is tuning on.

Blows at both speeds wonderfully. It's controllable and lightweight. Only thing to improve us battery life.

It has plenty of power, and cleans the garage, truck bed or jobsite pretty easily. I use it to Completely discharge my batteries before I recharge them. I don’t think there’s much room for improvement here.

This thing is awesome! Works great for clearing leaves off grass, rocks and mulch with ease! The throttle response is amazing and it's one of my son's favorite toys! Shoots tennis balls and water bottles a good distance for catch!

Product functioned very well. Even better than my gas blower. Only recommendation is make sure to have multiple batteries and chargers as they deplete rather quickly when in high power mode.

I have had a chance to use both and they work well. I was surprised by how much wood I could cut on a single charge and the blower did what I wanted it to also. I found no limits to what I could do. Even a little play time.

I got this a while back ... haven't had a chance to use it much - we had some nasty weather here in South Florida.... at any rate after reading all about this blower, I expected it to work well, I had no idea it would work this well. At a little over 6 lbs. it can easily be operated with one hand. The power is phenomenal and it hits max speed in a heartbeat. The two tips latch onto the blower tube so you don't have to worry about losing them - which is a problem with other blowers. I'd say it easily rivals any of the gas-powered units and will outperform any other battery-operated one. I highly recommend it.

I tested this Milwaukee blower against 4 other 18v leaf blowers (Milwaukee vs DeWalt, Makita, Ryobi, and Ridgid). The Milwaukee had the absolute best throttle response of the bunch. When you pull the trigger you get power fast! One of our testers said it was like a NASCAR compared to the others. But the Milwaukee has an annoying high pitched and loud sound, which is hard on the ears (and your neighbors). It was also the most expensive of the group. We rated it a solid "B+". I do lots of woodworking projects and decided to obtain the new Milwaukee M18 Cordless ¼ Sheet Sander. I’ve used an older corded Milwaukee Sheet Sander for a long time, and have been satisfied with the performance. However, this new Milwaukee Cordless Sheet Sander is much better. I really like the low vibration, variable speed control dial and superior dust collection system. I also like the 2-step clamp system and plastic template that aligns with the pad for making holes in stock sheet paper. The Milwaukee M18 Cordless ¼ Sheet Sander is the best sheet sander I have used and I highly recommend it.

The Milwaukee M18 18-Volt Lithium-Ion Cordless 1/4 in. Sheet Sander (Tool-Only) is a well-designed tool with many features to enhance the user experience. The feature that I like best is the tremendous dust collection system, either with a stand-alone bag or attached to a vacuum. Although attaching it to a vacuum may give better dust collection results, I prefer the stand alone bag because the hose on the Milwaukee PACKOUT vacuum is rather stiff making it more difficult to sand and causing more vibration. It is so...oo easy to attach the dust collection bag or the universal adapter with the press of a lever with a tab which provides a secure connection. One may not need to wear a mask when using this sander because its dust collection is so good. The sander has six speed settings to allow you to fine tune your work. It is easy to attach a sheet of sandpaper. If you need a new sheet of sandpaper, the sander comes with a punch to place appropriately spaced holes in the sandpaper. But the ultimate test was how well and how quickly it smoothed a board or whatever is being smoothed. It passed this test very well. It is a functional and fun tool to use. It performed better than my corded random orbital sander. Some ask whether to get a palm sander or an orbital sander. Here you have the benefits of both. It comes with a 5-year warranty. It is made in China.

This sheet sander is compact and easy to carry. It is a little heavy but not too bad and has a large comfortable handle. The dust output/collection bag is off to the side and out of the way which is a nice feature. The dust collection adapter is also a nice feature. With the adapter, if I prefer, I can use my wet vac. rather than the bag to collect the dust.

Nice little sander. Did a great job removing spilled paint and other imperfections as I get ready to seal my deck. The batter was at about 5% after an hour of use. Not having extension coords caught on everything was nice. Just as good or better than any corded sander I have ever used. You are able to adjust the speed. Great hand held blower lots of power but battery life is short on the rabbit setting.

Puts out an impressive volume of air and has been extremely helpful with clean-up. The ramp up time is almost instantaneous and I like the fact that it has a trigger lock. Plus, it lasts a while on my High Output batteries. Once again, this is a great product that I would highly recommend, as I would with any of my Milwaukee tools and products.

A great new tool with great features! I had been looking for a smaller ¼ sheet sander for my shop, and Milwaukee always comes through for me. And it has features that I had not seen on other sanders. The flexible dust catcher is a great idea, and the best part is that it has a secure lock, so that it doesn’t come off while you are working, and does a great job collecting the dust. I had another older sander of a different brand, and you really had to put it on tight to keep it from coming off. In addition! It comes with a locking attachment that will allow you to connect your shop vac directly to your sander. What could be better? It comes with two pieces of sandpaper that easily attach to the tool. Simply release the bar on the side of the tool to attach one end, and a ‘push button’ lock on the other side connects the other side of the sandpaper. And the tool comes with a ‘hole puncher’ in case you use your own sandpaper, cut to size. Simply attach the ‘hole puncher’ to the bottom where your sandpaper is attached, give it a quick push, and your sandpaper now has all the holes in the right place for dust collection. This will be a very handy tool.

I received my Milwaukee M18 quarter sheet orbital sander (tool only) in good condition. The sander comes with a sanding paper punch, a dust bag, a couple of sample sheets of sandpaper (prepunched) and a universal suction port adapter. The dust bag and adapter each have a quick release lever for simple attachment and removal. It appears to be well made in China. It is UL listed. The tool has a six speed adjustment knob, with very positive clicks. It is inset slightly so you will not accidentally change the speed. Orbits claimed are 11,000 to 13,000 per minute. The on/off switch is inset and dust protected by a rubber boot. The tool has a relatively simple sandpaper attachment mechanism. One side has a simple clamp which you press to open, and the other side is a wire type clamp with a single lever which is well padded with a rubber molding. It is very comfortable and easy to use. The sanding pad has multiple holes to intake dust. Milwaukee claims up to 95% of dust is collected by their system. A dust collector system probably helps. Testing the tool, I find that the vibration level is extremely low compared to the other sanders I have, and the tool feels very smooth and is very quiet. It is a brushed tool. I expect to get good service out of this tool in my upcoming wood projects. I cannot speak to durability or longevity since I just received the tool. The tool has a five-year Milwaukee warranty.

This cordless orbital sander lives up to the standards of Milwaukee’s tools. It performs as well as any of my other sanders without the hassle of a cord. It has the convenience of sharing batteries with my other M18 operated tools. Two clamps allow the quarter sheet sandpaper to be changed very easily. It comes with a sandpaper punch, a dust bag and a universal vacuum hose adapter. I am surprised how much dust the bag actually catches. It also has a variable speed control. This tool is a professional grade sander and I am very impressed and would definitely recommend it to others!

Great blower, well balanced, not overly heavy. Plenty of power to clear sidewalks after yard work or even gather leaves on a lawn(I totally cheat when raking leaves with this lol) use it to clean out the shop and have also cleared light snow. will chew through a 5.0 battery pretty fast with heavy use but I’ve got plenty of those and my 8.0 works great with this.

Always raising the bar for cordless power. Fuel series has done it again with the Gen 2 blower. It does everything I need it to do.

I especially like the high and low speed selection. It comes in handy when I blow out the garage at low speed and don’t need all the power. Conserve fuel.

I purchased this to clean my shop and combine. wish I had purchased this sooner!

Accidentally ran my blower over with a mini excavator, other than a small crack in the barrel it still works great.
