I have had this washer a week and had trouble with un level Load. Didn't enjoy the way to fix it. It finally worked out and the rest was great in using the machine. Just had to use so much water to fix the level right.

Great performance. Quiet and efficient. Love the power cycle for bulkier items.

I am so pleased to have a top loading washer that conserves water and has the capacity to wash large items. A friend recommended that we go to the Douglas Appliance store in Danvers, Ma when we needed to replace our old, small front loader. They were so nice and helped us make the right 'Quality' choice for us. The user friendly control panel and the ease of loading / unloading makes wash day a pleasure. I especially like the 'time remaining display'. Wish I had 'gone Maytag' a long time ago.

These Maytags are the Best Washer and Dryer I have ever had.After purchasing LG's, Whirlpools in the past 5 years and sold them,I can believe the performance and ease of operating these Maytags.It is such a pleasure to do my laundry now, that I have to stop myself fromwashing every single day!! Thank you so much for such excellent machines!!

I replaced a 20+ year old washer with the Matag Bravos. I have dogs in the house and do a lot of washing of my king size blankets and rugs. This Bravos can handle that fine. Saves me a trip to the laundry mat! Saves me tons of time with being able to handle large loads. Yes, the wash time is somewhat longer than my old washer, however I do less loads and really don't notice the time since I start the washer and go do something else. It can handle all my towels and wash cloths all at the same time. My clothes appear to be cleaner. I love the max extract spin feature! The clothes are just damp when they are finished and that means less dry time. The manual said it may cause wrinkles, but I don't think it does at all. I use the spray rinse setting on the towels just because towels are so absorbent I think the extra rinse is helpful. I haven't used the delicate cycle as of yet, but will this winter on my sweaters. I love this washer, it's capacity and the fact that it uses less water & detergent.

I bought this last month and am very pleased with my appliance.

We bought this washer about a month ago and still haven't figured out how to get the soap marks off black clothes. We have tried an extra rinse and then another rinse cycle but still comes out with white splotches.

Have been Maytag customer for over 50 years. This is the best one ... EVER!

Main bearing failed after only 2 years. Major repair. Replaced it with new machine at great expense. Never again will I trust maytag

Brought last month and lives up to what is promised

Have only had my Maytag for a week but I do love it! It??s fairly quiet and works very efficiently. Clothes come out very clean and the spin cycle seems to take out more water than my older washer did.

In the short time we have had this machine, it has cleaned clothes very well in an amazingly small amount of water, and operates very quietly. The time of the cycle, though, is longer than my old washing machine.

I can't believe how many items I can wash and how great the high spin is.

We have had this less than a month and are amazed at the low volume of water used and the nice clean clothes we get after a cycle. It is very quiet, too.

I have had this washer for about two weeks and I am very happy with my purchase. The washer takes extremely large loads of laundry compared to my old non-HE washer and does an excellent job of cleaning the laundry. My wife and I also have a newborn and are using cloth diapers. This washing machine consistently cleans the diapers so well that they are still white despite daily soiling. My only complaints are that the instruction manual does not do a very good job of explaining what is customizable for each cycle setting. We also experienced one load where some water spilled on the floor, but that seems to be an isolated incident thus far. Overall, a highly recommended washer!

I just love this washer! It's really quiet washes clothes with no problems the capacity is great. I've ony had it for a month now but im glad i bought this one. Its a great washer so far.

Our Maytag high-efficiency washer has broken down after 4 years of light to medium usage with a spin cycle issue. The repair required is an outer tub shaft assembly at a cost that amounts to over 50% of the original purchase cost of our Maytag HE washer. After reading the reviews on many of the big box store and furniture store websites it appears our problem is not unique, many other Maytag customers have had similar problems with this washer. Home Depot is a great store with great customer service, but take a pass on Maytag.

the gentlemen who brought it in, installed it, and removed my old one were really great. If they could be rated it'd be Excellent. I like the machine a lot, it is the washer without the spinner in the middle so I am able to do blankets at ease.

Am very upset with machine and would like to return it. Eats clothes, can't manipulate cycle mid stream - suggest Maytag offer old type of machine with center agitator. All recommendations to by pass system to accommodate for wanted features in operable. Hate the Machine!!!

I have had no problems with this machine. Read and follow the instructions and it works beautifully! Uses less soap and less water which are very good for my expenses. Quiet though some sounds are odd.

Very please with operation. The only thing that we do not like is the inability to turn-off the cycle sounds. Need a mute all button.

We got this washer a week ago and have used it every day. It does a wonderful job.

I purchased this washer on Feb 1st 2015. It was delivered on Feb 10th 2015. I am writing this review on Feb 26th. My washer stopped working on Feb 24th.. The washer went out during a cycle and never would power back on. +700 for around two weeks of usage is too costly for me. Since you can only return items such as washers back to Home Depot within 48 hours. I guess I am stuck. I have to wait for the repair man to come out. Check to see what the problem is, most likely wait while they send out for the parts. Then I have to wait for another appointment. This is going to take longer then what I had the washer for. Having an extended warranty from Home Depot means nothing for the first year. Even though you are sold a five year warranty you get about four years out of it. For the first year you have to deal with the manufacturer. I have never been so disappointed with a purchase. I purchased a Maytag washer because I wanted some quality. I should have purchased a cheap washer. it probably would have lasted longer. Maytag no longer means quality. Remember that!

I love the look of this washer and how easy it is to use! It holds way more than my old washer and takes me significantly less time to get all our laundry done! Life saver!

I've had this machine for almost a month now. I'm so surprised with the water savings and how well it cleans with less water. The controls are easy to understand. I love the different load selections that work to better balance the machine while handling tiny to large heavy loads with ease. The delicate cycle is actually delicate. The towels get clean and properly spun. Oh, and I LOVE the timer that tells me how long until the load finishes washing - so handy. I enjoy doing the laundry again. Really glad I selected this machine!

Senses load size and how dirty stuff is. Looks great. COntrols are easy to use.
