have my Mayne planters for a fews months and noticed...
have my Mayne planters for a fews months and noticed that dirt sort of sinks in to what looks like pores and washing or scrubbing them away doesn't clean them. I thought these were supposed to be long lasting but they do retain dirt just be aware.

Please note that our 20x20 planters do come with a pre-drilled over-flow drainage hole to allow excess water to drain from the planter. If water is being expelled from the planter from any other location, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team with photos as we take our Quality Control very seriously and are happy to exchange any products that are found to be defective in any way.

Hi Cathy, thanks for reaching out. To provide direct access to the water reservoir we recommend drilling a 3/4" hole on the top or backside of the planter. To cover the hole we provide a rubber plug that can be easily removed to add water. Product is good. Only constructive comment is manufacturer should drill...
Product is good. Only constructive comment is manufacturer should drill the 3/4 inch water fill hole rather than leaving up to purchaser to do. While not required to use, finding a 3/4 inch drill bit for plastic is virtually impossible.

Love it! Its very nice looking. I did not need it for a live plant. I could not find anything that looked anything like this planter for an artificial tree. This is exactly what I was looking for plus it raised the tree an extra foot because of the inner watering system. I just added super moss around the top of it and it looks beautiful.

I have been told for 2 days my planter would come but still has not come now tracking says the 17...
I have been told for 2 days my planter would come but still has not come now tracking says the 17th for delivery ,I have been off for 2 days and hoping to use the planter will it come tomarrow as tracking says, I hope I can work on it tomarrow !
