Doesn’t hold up well to exterior environments. Needed WD 40 to free up combination rotation keys

Locks used in extremely dusty or corrosive environments should be cleaned and lubricated every three months. For optimal performance, lubricate your lock with a PTFE Lock Lubricant. NEVER use dry graphite, or a silicone lubricant. Graphite is often applied in excess, which interferes with part movement. These are the nicest combo locks I've ever used. Masterlock's Brass locks require you to compress then yank them apart to open them, and sometimes they're super stiff. These locks are so easy to open. They don't bind or anything. simply turn to the correct combo, and gently pull the lock open. I bought more after I discovered how nice these were. I may even buy one or two more to replace the sesame combo lock I have on my shed.

These locks are easy to set, and work great. We use them to secure hardware which is in the public domain and easily taken by those who want to walk off with our equipment. Having them locked with Master Locks enables equipment to remain on site and prevent unlawful accession.

This lock was "suggested" as the lock to buy with a gang-box we purchased on line. It did not fit the box. Bad suggestion. We had to make a trip back to store to return and purchase correct lock

These are temporary locks for construction access to work sites. These lock are easy to hack and open with out braking the lock. They are easy to change combination and use for secure temporary doors or gates.
