This lock failed on me and I had to use a bolt cutter to remove it from my storage unit. Horrible. Am returning for full refund.

works great, just what we needed

My personal combo was easy to set. I'm using them outside on a gate. The package said they were weather resistant. I assume they will hold up well to moisture. My only complaint is that the hasp is very long, and with one of my gates, the latch hole for the lock is close to the edge, and the lock had to be installed where the combo reads upside down. Not a big deal, but if the hasp hadn't been so long it wouldn't have been a problem.

I can no longer close it consistently and is such a pain. Not reliable at all.

Feels cheap, not $20 worthy. Stopped working after first Texas freeze 1/24.

Had one of these locks for many years. New design is not as good an the lock failed in 4 months. Looking for a new lock that is not master. Old lock, you could open it and then change the code. This way, when it is open and hanging there, someone cannot get your combinations. The new lock, the combination cannot be changed while the lock is open. If you forget to lock it and then scramble the numbers, someone can get your code!! Please, go back to the old design.
