The sound is painful to the ears it so high...
The sound is painful to the ears it so high pitched. Besides that it cuts great. I would suggest buying the larger batterys.

The Home Depot's information is incorrect. Makita's advertised length is 20-5/8", and weight: 14.3 lbs w/battery.

It works as expected, will drain a battery quick though....

As you tension the blade, you can see the body/case...
As you tension the blade, you can see the body/case bending. The smaller model I actually returned because the blade started to cut the flimsy case. Wish it ran on 2 batteries, and had metal reinforcement for the blade tension, not plastic.

I work in HVAC and this has proven itself to be indispensable on the job site. From cutting 3-inch PVC to 3 and 4 in black pipe, the saw handles at all effortlessly. I wish I had bought this years ago.

Loved it but one battery was already dead within a...
Loved it but one battery was already dead within a month however went to the Makita service and they replaced the battery for free than taking back the whole set thru Home Depot just for one bad battery.
