The Vissani refrigerator is perfect for my 2-car garage based on its dimensions. The only reason my rating wasn't Excellent in all categories was that it had a dent at the bottom of one of the side panels, believed to be from the manufacturing packaging process, which Home Depot responded to quickly with a fair price adjustment. We enjoy the freezer and refrigerator storage options, along with it being lightweight, which helped with placement. This item really helped free up some space in our kitchen refrigerator, particularly for summer beverages.

the item arrived about 1 week after ordering it. Delivery and drop off went smoothly. The fridge was up and running shortly after getting it out of the box. We needed a small lab fridge for holding samples and liquid reagents and this fridge is doing its job as intended.

Perfect size and great freezer space. Looks very nice too.

Being a full-time RVer I decided to have the stock refrigerator which runs on either electric or propane taken out and replaced with a small residential model. It was one of the best decisions I've made in a while. This unit seems to hold at least twice as much food. I can actually put a frozen pizza in the freezer! Another nice feature... my fellow RVers tell me I will save approximately $30 a month on electric! Runs great, very quiet, frost free freezer. Absolutely love it!

Perfect size fridge for smaller spaces. It has lots of room and shelving space. I am super glad I got this for my one bedroom apt instead of getting a regular sized fridge. Also, the price was great.

The minute I saw a picture of this fridge, I was sold. The pictures don't lie; you CAN fit that much booze in a fridge this small. The vegetable drawers alone hold (18) 12 oz. beers each, and are clear so you can quickly and easily tell when you have to go back to the liquor store. The can holders in the door are at the perfect height to reach in over the top of the door, without having to bend over. The fridge seals well, so when the neighbor's kid grabs me a beer while I'm doing yard work, I don't have to worry about the fridge air conditioning the house. Not to mention, the price is right!

This fridge is tiny. Granted the cubic size is in the description, but don't be fooled by the price in to thinking you are getting a cheap full size fridge. I would compare it to the one in our camper. Can't even fit a 12 pk of pop on the shelves (in the box). We are using it for beer and pop only so it will work. But beware its teeny tiny!

We replaced our camper refridgerator with this one and it is much bigger which is great. The only issue I had was I needed to flip the door swing and when I did the doors didn't seal. I needed to oblong the holes more on the top bracket to the freezer and shim the bottom bracket to the fridge door to get the proper seal. Other than tha we love it at this point.

i was a bit hesitant about purchasing this model, but it seemed most bad reviews were due to issues involving switching the doors, which i did not need to do, so i bought it. I've only had it a week, but so far i am very happy! very quiet operation with freezer temp 20° at 50% setting, fridge temperature is 40° at 50% setting. the freezer went to zero quickly when i switched to maximum setting, but that was as low as my thermometer would read! freezer bigger than i hoped and fridge nicely arranged...perfect for my needs in a small footprint...perfect! now if it just lasts... many thanks to Shane at HD for helping me load even though he was off the clock!

The refrigerator seems great however we shall see how long it lasts. Hopefully longer than the warranty. Good size for an office refrigerator.

Bought this to replace our 20 year old college mini-fig. It's between the size of a mini-frig and a normal kitchen frig. It's perfect for the right room, like a laundry room, etc to hold your extra foods, cold and frozen. It has a gallon-sized spot on the door and has a very clean look. It's amazing how quiet it is and is working perfectly. We did, however, have to return our initial one that didn't work at all, but Home Depot made it a painless swap.

Unfortunately, it's nice to look at, great size and fits well into any kitchen size, but doesn't hold up well under closer scrutiny. Check out water drip pan under, all plastic. The gaskets don't always fit well. The freezer may have defrosting issues. Very disappointed.

Thought about buying a used fridge to put in our garage but decided to buy new instead. This was at a great price so it made sense for us! Easy purchase and saved a bit by ordering online.

I bought this for my tiny house. Using the same amount of Watts as my 5 year old mini fridge that is 1/3 of the size I was a bit concerned it wouldn't be able to get cold enough but I was wrong! It works great, super cold and plenty of space for it's size. No complaints here and you can't beat the price! 5 Stars from me!! :)

Purchased 5/2016, started giving problems 9/2016. Light was working, but not freezing nor cooling. HomeDepot said to call the manufacturers. We called they are only in office mon-fri 9-5, emailed and nothing. Miracle happened it's working now it's 10/1/2021 giving the same problem.

Only lasted two years. This is not a good long term investment.

Trouble From the First Day. Things Freezing in The Fridge section. Glass Containers and Bottle Exploding. Next Came Wiring Problems, Corrosion In Connectors. Thankfully I was able to repair Myself. Then Came the Bad Evaporator Fan Assy. I was again able to Replace myself. Next was a Faulty Circuit Board. Took an Educated Guess and again Got Lucky. Soon after Came the second Evaporator Fan assy. Parts are readily available online. They are not Cheap. Imagine if I Had to Pay Labor Costs. Today I am Giving up. Unit wont Cool, Compressor and Fan are Running. Compressor is Blazing Hot. I know The Cost to repair will Far exceed the Value of The Fridge. Time and Food wasted, Constant Aggravation. Extremely Disappointed. This Purchase will be Filed under the "Piece of Crap" section. This is the end of my 3 year Battle.

This fridge is 2 days shy of being 1 year old. It started freezing stuff in the fridge about 2 weeks ago, so I turned it down to 2. Today, the indicator light is no longer working, the freezer is warm and no longer working (by the way, lost my food) I guess by the end of today when I get home from work, I'll find out whether or not the fridge part is still working

First, the fan failed. I had to buy a new fan. Now the fridge does not stop at all. Running 24X7. Is a Vissani Model HVDR 1040W. Probably the control module or thermistor is defective. I just want the service manual to troubleshoot the unit. The equipment has 2.5 years old.

We live in a tiny home and loved this fridge. So much more cost effective then LP gas. Well the first one never shut off went back. Second one lasted 2 yrs, and the third 1.5 yrs,. The two we had for awhile had the same malfunction right before failure. They would stay on for a long time, not regulate temps well. Then they would reset themselves to #3 cool, then ultimately stop working. Both units had electronic of some sort failure.

I have had the frig in an efficiency apt for nearly 2 years - I have had repairman come twice. Neither the frig nor freezer would stay on....today I checked and lost 20 pounds of meat - blood everywhere and pans in back of frig filled with bloody water - seemed like a nice purchase for a small space as advertised but aha! I was hoodwinked!.....Little Rock, Arkansas

Lasted about a 16 months then stopped cooling adequately. Fridge can’t get below 52 degrees and freezer is above freezing. Junk.

It broke in 2 years

we bought the MAGIC CHEF refrigerator 3-4 yrs ago....2 yrs ago it started thawing every thing...had to throw out a lot of food. This thing sucks! s l o w l y dies.

Just like a lot of other reviews. The refrigerator died after a year. Buy something else. The labor to fix the frig costs more than buying a new one. We had this for a year and two months. I keep this incredibly clean inside and out. I take great care of my stuff and it shows, but every once in a while i make the mistake of buying crap and this is one of those times. Stay away from this brand

Loved the look & size of this refrigerator it fit perfect in my small kitchen. On the other hand, The frost free part of the freezer stop working after 14mos. Don’t buy!!! It wont last

Bought this Refrigerator 16 months ago. It has frozen up 4 times since then.

Worked great for a year, then the fan in the freezer went out. Luckily it was like a week before our warranty was out, so we used the warranty and got it fixed. that was in October 2018... and now the same thing is happening again. This sucks. What a waste of money, I liked this fridge because it was smaller than a reg fridge, but it still felt large. second time all my food has been ruined...... won't buy magic chef ever again
