broke just after two years and no warranty on it. Poor quality
It stop working just after two years and no warranty on it. I have other refrig over 10 years but still working. Poor quality.

This is exactly what I needed for the space that I had available. Living in a small house as a single individual I don't need anything too big so this is just right. It has so much room in the refrigerator and more than expected in the freezer area. I love it!

I just joined the tiny house movement and wanted a refrigerator that fit the space allotted without feeling crammed. I didn't realized how few options there would be in this size range, especially since I wanted a good-sized freezer as well as fridge space.
I plugged in the fridge about two weeks ago and so far it is not too big, not too small, but just right. The stainless steel was important since it is the second-largest item in my home (the first is the mattress).
I'm still working on filling up the space but so far I've been able to find a place for everything without too much effort.

Surprisingly spacious little fridgie works beautifully & is just the right size for what we need! A full sized refrigerator is way too big for our tiny kitchen, but this little gem fits perfectly in our space and holds plenty of food for the two of us. So glad we found it!

This is second Magic Chef refrigerator that I get and and both refrigerators stopped working properly within two weeks. My food went bad because of this. Top over freezes and bottom does not cools. I've had it for less than a month and I am extremely unsatisfied with this brand.

It's actually white, not that it's a big deal. Works extremely well. The first week we had a terrible frost problem. Found we had something caught in the seal around the door. We removed it and the auto defrost did what it was supposed to. It keeps the refrigerated foods at a very nice temp, and the freezer keeps things frozen. We have it in a high humidity area, so since we fixed the original frost problem, no more frost,for which we are very happy! ! So far, excellent product

Office refrigerator. I love the size. It's perfect. No dents or scratches. The film wrapped around the refrigerator takes a little time to get off - but very happy with the product. The one thing I did is go to the $1 and get plastic place mats to line the main shelves so I never have to clean the glass. When the place mats get scummy pull them out and replace them. The boss and fellow employee's was impressed.

Well made little refrigerator, nicely designed and well thought out interior. Amazing door seals! This replaces a 20+ year old garage refrigerator. Keeps everything nice and cold in the fridge, and the freezer does its job nicely too. Nice quiet operation too. We're very happy with this purchase!

We bought this refrigerator last September for our classroom. We are poor graduate students who needed a place to store our food and drinks. In less than a year the refrigerator quick working for no apparent reason. It was plugged into a protected outlet that nothing else was plugged into, and one day it just quit working. We lost all of our perishable food that was in it. Customer service was helpful in directing me to the manufacturing warranty but home depot only covers it for 90 days I think. If you buy this the extended warranty may be worth it...or buy a better fridge?

Purchased the refrigerator second week of June '17. It was very well packed and no assembly needed other than to plug it in. I am using it in the garage for beverages and as a overflow from the main refrigerator. It has kept items cold even at lower settings than the factory settings. Same for the top freezer. Just under 10 cubic feet and frost free. I am very pleased so far.

Actually after I got this one home I noticed the back side was damaged, but I was not about to return another one when it did not affect the use or look of it. Sometimes the drain pan rattles when the compressor is running.

Love the compactness of this refrigerator.
We use it in our office. We used to have one of those small mini refrigerators and were always fighting for space to put our home-brought lunches. Now we have LOTS more room.
There are even grooves in the refer door for water bottles or other types of bottled drinks.
I'm 5'-0" tall and this fridge is slightly shorter than me by a 1 or 2 inches.
I even like that the crisper drawers are see-thru so we don't forget we put things in there.
Perfect for our small office or even for a cottage.

I like the size. Not as small as a dorm refrigerator, but adequate for use for a bar and holiday food storage when entertaining. I only have had it a short while, so cannot comment on durability. It seems to be functioning well in terms of cooling. So far, it meets my expectations.

Purchased for the purpose as an extra refrigerator our our garage. There was an alternative refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom, but this freezer on the top was perfect. Large enough for all our frozen items. We've been thinking about purchasing an extra refrig. for over a year. Home Depot finally had a sale on this item that we couldn't pass up. Was easy to hook up. Since we transported it on its side, we had to let the refrigerator sit upright for 1-2 days to let the oils settle into the compressor. We've been using our new Magic Chef for about a month, so far its working great, no problems.

Bought this 9.9 frig/freezer on 7/24/16. Installed same day. Worked MAYBE 2 months. Started having trouble & started looking for my receipt in October. Freezer froze repeatedly hard, couldn't defrost. Refrigerator part wouldn't cool down. Unplugged, let it rest & tried again. No luck several times. Went to Home Depot today with receipt found & they said I had to call the manufacturer. The checkout person never asked if I wanted add'l warranty NOR mentioned 90 day return policy. My time was up 10/22 and today is 11/12. Extremely poor customer service considering I've supported Home Depot & purchased many items from them. Never an appliance again. Work knowledge of employees in appliances & checkout? Minimal.

Well the fridge looks nice. The shelf completely shattered over the weekend, while everyone was out of the office. Not a good way to start a Monday morning. There was nothing on the shelf but a container of soup, two yogurts and a salad. I was equally disappointed to find out this is not included in the warranty, unless it arrived broken. A glass shelf should last longer than a week.

Came with Damage
I just go this unpacked and setup when I realized that the bottom of the refrigerator door was mashed up. I'm using it in an office so I really wasn't too concerned. Then I went to switch the swing on the doors and the holes for the top bracket don't line up so I can't switch the swing.
It's too much of a hassle to return it but really disappointed.
The refrigerator seems to be working fine

Great Refrigerator for my houseboat
I needed a certain size refrigerator to fit in my houseboat and this one fit perfect. It keeps everything super cold and I don't even have it turned up high. The glass shelves make it a real nice refrigerator for the price. I have friend with similar size refrigerators and they have the wire shelves. I have referred 2 of my neighbors in my marina who have purchased theirs already and they love their too. Definitely a great buy.
