used all the right product and had a professional do the job and the tile still scratched

I ordered 72 case of this floor - 10 case were all damaged - I had to reorder replace ment. Prolong in the job for weeks . I would not recommend this product for anybody else to use. Poor quality

Everything was great and ontime

To sensitive breaks to a simple touch.

It took me five shipment, many phone calls to the vendor, shipper and HD just to get a couple of unbroken replacement tiles. The tiles do not match the picture. Make sure you get all the tiles you need in one big batch. Further replacements or additions of similar tile might be impossible.

After receiving broken tiles twice, the third time the marble tiles arrived in perfect condition and they are beautiful.

Good product at a great price. They take great care when they ship out. They are in heavy duty boxes and have blow foam all around to protect the fragile tile. I have ordered dozens of boxes and I have never had even a cracked tile.

All my 300 sq. ft. of flooring were in great condition. And this Frontier Brown Marble is so absolutely beautiful in my 2 bathrooms.

The product was exactly as pictured and was polished to a proffesional extent.

The marble is beautiful. However, there were a number of pieces that were heavily blemished.

The tiles were intact but no orange highlights which is the main reason I liked this tile

We did a wall mural, lots chipped pieces and very little brown if any looks more like charcoal. That being said we do not regret purchase but if you are looking for Brown or doing a floor beware!

I found this tile to be easy to work with and did not experience some of the trouble cutting that other reviewers had. I had 9 boxes shipped in to my local store expecting a broken tile or two but they were all pristine. Returning the extras at the end was a breeze.

Two broken tiles came in with delivery did buy some extra!

Boxes have huge color variation . Tiles arrived broken in box . Home depot refused to take back until we asked for store manager. Tile is pretty when you find enough to match .

I installed this on Cement Board as a heat shield around a wood stove. I had read that it is fragile when cutting and it in fact is when cutting smaller pieces. I found that keeping the polished side up facing the saw blade substantially reduces any fractures or chipping when cutting. I did get a few broken tiles when cutting smaller pieces that broke along the vein(s), but they were not so bad that I couldn't put back together when piecing the two together when applying/adhering it to the wall. All in all the entire project came out pretty good. I was just short a couple of pieces and should have gotten two more boxes. I did notice that some boxes were relatively a different brown color than others (as other people have mentioned), but not to the point where it bothered me so much or was incredibly noticeable. I'm also using them around a stove so it may be more noticeable if it were used on a counter or floor.

Delivery was prompt and arrived without breakage. The only issue is this: we ordered one box to see if we liked it. We did, so we ordered 5 more (plus 2 later) and they are very different from the first one. We know that natural stones will vary, but this much difference was disappointing, although we close to use the boxes that we received. We recommend the product with the caveat explained in this text.

I purchased these tile for a kitchen countertop, and to say the least it just does not look good for the kitchen. We just came back from Vegas, and the Ventition casino has this same exact tile all over their floor. It looks really nice for a floor, but not for countertops. There were alot of broken ones in the cases, so was afraid how it would of withstand the countertop. There are alot of different designs in all the boxes. A little weird looking. We layed them all out on the counter, and could not get a good design. Home Depot was really good about returning them. No trouble at all. I would definitely buy from them again. It is good to know, that if you don't like what you buy, there is a good feeling about returning.

Almost appeared like there was a quality blemish in the tile and they used a patch to fill the void or blemish. Also, as fragile or even more fragile than other people reported. I picked up one tile and it broke from its own weight. Marbled lines were so course/fragile that any handling and cutting especially curved cuts almost always ended with a fracture along the marbled line. Definitely would not recommend: Extremely poor quality. This product line and Chinese manufacturer should be dropped from the product line.

The cost of the product is very expensive for five pieces to a box. Most of the tile pieces received had a lot of white streaks as opposed to the peach streaks that I was looking for.....my floor looks more black than it does brown. Maybe it will take some getting used to, but at the present moment I am not pleased with the overall look.

The tile looks beautiful. But one whole box of tile was broken and could not be used.

We bought this tile because the display piece at the store was so beautiful. Unfortunately, the tile that came had a great deal of peach in it. We were going to go ahead and use it but it was impossible to cut without the tile crumbling. We tried using tape on the cut line and a new wet saw blade, but nohing helped. We had to return all of it and find another product for our bathroom project.

The Home Depot sales process was fine but the quality control on the material from the supplier was very poor. Although HD stood behind the product there was a huge inconvenience from rejecting significant %s of the material and the having to re-order. after all was said and done the marble a good looking stone.
