Really nice looking unit, installed. The bottle is larger than the old unit that we had and much easier to fill up. It is a snap to install. Just wish it was made in the USA and not in China.

I called Moen after my 20+ year old dispenser spout...
I called Moen after my 20+ year old dispenser spout just broke in two. They quoted me $65 for a replacement dispenser (no longer being made) but gave me this model # which would work as well for less. I am very happy- Moen stands behind their products and has excellent customer service. HD sent this to me very quickly as well!

I’m sure it’s good but the instructions say you can...
I’m sure it’s good but the instructions say you can install it yourself and there’s no way that I can remove the old one and install this one securely on my own. So I have not used it yet.

Oil Rubbed Bronze color doesn’t match faucet
I purchased the oil rubbed bronze Moen faucet and soap dispenser for my new kitchen, I was disappointed to see that the color of the soap dispenser is a much lighter shade of brown than the faucet. I expected them to match, but they certainly do not.

The Oil Rubbed Bronze finish is unique distressed finish with copper accents showing through the entire finish, some part have more distressing than others do. The finish from piece to piece will be unique as the parts are tumbled and distressed individually.
