[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LED Recessed Gimbal is easy to install and every thing needed comes in the box. A stencil makes it easy to cut the hole in the ceiling. I like that the 3 in. LED Chrome Recessed Light has a decorative trim. The LED Chrome Recessed Light is nicer than the flood light bulbs that I have now in my office. The Led Recessed Gimbal puts off good light is not too dark or too bright. I will purchase again when I need another one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i got this lithonia lighting recessed cimbal light it is a very good light for all your lighting needs. it is very easy to put up. it will go in any room. instructions are very easy to read and they are very easy too understand.

Very nice

We spent extra on this model because The photo appears as though the ring around the light bulb itself is also bronze, It is not. It is white, just like the less expensive model.

Extremely hard to remove the clip to pull the wire in.

Excellent lighting product. The light cast from this small light is more than sufficient. As I installed on a sloped ceiling - I need just a bit more mobility in this light. I will definitely be purchasing more of these lights. Definitely a good value.

Perfect soft yellow/white light for above the toilet. Installed easily.

Worked great, very nice glow of light, very easy to install.

Well made fixture, however the led bulbs do not dim low enough, meaning I will have to try to find a lower wattage bulb and spend more money.

Installed 12 of these. The 3” size is nice compared to standard recessed lights. Light output (lumens and color) is very good. The J Box is difficult to install in the 3” hole with the wires attached. The best location for wiring would have been where the cover is (logo location). Dimmers suggested.

Bought the nickel finish. Electrician said the clips were flimsy compared to other designs, used screws instead of the clips near support beams. Lights installed quickly and look great, and are reasonably solid. I replaced the Halogens with LEDS - easy and cheaper than buying LED model.

I am considering purchasing these for inside our 42 x 60 stand up shower (no bath tub) its says air tight, does that mean they can be installed in a shower? Do i need to puchase hangers for installation, if so how many per light?

Great lighting for a dark area. Easy to install.

Lights are bright enough, but don't feel well made. They don't fit tight against the ceiling, so a gap shows. Gimbal doesn't work so well, either.

. First box we opened a clip broke off just getting it out of box. The other three were fine. I had no problem exchanging it at store but found another box in the store with a loose clip. We hope this will not be a problem after installed. This is second set we have purchased and really like them.

Very easy to install. I would recommend using a 3 1-8" hole saw. Very good build quality and bulb is replaceable if brightness doesn't suit the application.
