Easy to set up and very clean looking in the garden. Bought 2 sets of three to be able to double stack them. When you do this, you need one more set of stacking clips which were mailed to me immediately after I requested them. Great service.

It was easy to assemble and helped keep our plants warm except for the coldest nights in the past few weeks, Would recommend for people who do not want to dig a garden in their back yard. Will start earlier next year.

I had some older Lifetime raised beds from which the connecting clips were missing (probably lost in a move). Shawn in CS quickly sent me replacements at no charge. Really appreciate the positive response and quick delivery.

I bought 3 of the raised beds and lost several of the corner clips. I contacted Lifetime to order replacements and they are sending them at no cost, no questions asked. I'm impressed!

Have had several of these for several years! Over time several corner pieces have cracked. I contacted Lifetime and they replaced the corner pieces within a few days! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

Just put it together. It was very easy. I'm building 3 double high beds (two stacked one on top of the other) For that you need more long clips than come in the packages. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me the clips I needed at no cost to me! Great product, great service!

We have 6 sets of 2 (stacked). However, when doing this we did not have enough large clips. I called and asked how I could purchase some more -- I needed 14 large clips. They shipped them to me right away at no additional cost to me. Thank you. AWESOME customer service.

It looks nice, but I expected a sturdier plastic. This is very light and the slots for connecting the sides together don't feel very secure. After assembling one I picked it up to move it, and the corners would bow out as if it wasn't secured in the slots. I checked the instructions and I did everything correctly. I wish I could screw the ends together. Plus when you add the Mel's Mix to the raised bed it doesn't weigh down the box so I'm afraid if I put the cover on and it becomes windy out that the whole bed would flip over. There is also a feature where you can stack two beds on top of each other, but I would be concerned normal heavy soil would eventually pop the box apart from the weight. The cover is a nice idea but it doesn't fit very well. There are 2 inch gaps between the cover and box so bugs and small critters can get in. It will protect plants from frost but that is about it. I wouldn't buy this again, but it's too late for me to return them.

We have purchased three sets of garden beds from Lifetime and are very happy with them. They stand up well to the elements and look great in our backyard. Their customer service is excellent as well. I recently contacted them about ordering more long corner brackets to stack our beds and they sent out what we needed right away. They were courteous, professional, and very willing to help. We are very happy with Lifetime and highly recommend the raised garden beds to anyone considering them for their home. And you can't beat their customer service!

Yes! They are very nice and worth every penny. I bought two sets.

I just bought the kit because the ground where we live has so much clay, it is hard to dig for a garden and also does not drain well. I bought this kit and had it set up within minutes. The only issue I had was attaching larger clips for a double height bed. A couple of the clips broke (need a hammer to connect but not difficult), but the company was prompt in sending more clips. Anyway, size us perfect, can move around easily, uses recycled plastic, a very well engineered product. I haven’t yet planted but am on the way to do this. Also, the planting guide and info about soil to use was great. I highly recommend this product and company.

The boxes are really easy to put together. I also reached out to their customer service and they responded very quickly and provided help immediately. Highly recommend!

We’ve used this garden box for many years with great success. Needed a new cover for it and one quick call to customer service got a replacement headed our way.

Last Spring I bought 4 raised gardens from Sam’s club online. Every box arrived with some degree of damage, one was ripped from one end to the other, one had the whole end of it torn off, etc. Parts were missing from every box I received. The smaller items in the box were long gone although I received the correct number of sides in each box. And I am sure that this happened at Sam’s Club shipping. I have never received such damage from either UPS or FedEx. And I feel certain it did not happen at Lifetime. I was missing all of the canopies and all of the clips for two of the boxes. Sams Club’s solution was that I just return them to a local store. That was inconvenient and time consuming and ultimately I had to go ahead and use the gardens because I had already ordered plants. Here we are a year later and I contacted Lifetime to see what they might be able to do. What they did was replace every single one of those canopies with all the accessories in undamaged boxes and did so immediately. I could not be happier. I’ve never known a business to offer such excellent customer service. I didn’t have high expectations because I really didn’t feel like it was Lifetime’s fault. I was wrong. And this company has my business for life. JayM P.S. As far as the product itself goes these are excellent. After 20 years of gardening I had quit 10 years ago because I could not bend over like that anymore. These double gardens allow me to roll around on a garden cart and garden nearly as much as I ever did and with a great deal of success. I was shocked at the quality and quantity of my plants. I never expected tomatoes to do so well in 18 inches of soil. I am ready for Spring!

I can't speak as to how long these may or may not last, but don't expect these to simply snap together. I stacked them -- two high. This requires plastic clips (enclosed) to hold the two sets together. Very disappointed in the lack of tolerance for the least unlevel surface. Clips go flying off, if you can even get them on -- I am talking about having to sit on narrow sides and try hammering on "plastic" clips. My patio (where I thought was the most level - was still not level enough for easy assembly. Secondly, they do not mesh well when stacking one on the other. I worked for hours trying to get rid of daylight gaps and still am not comfortable that they are stacked correctly. I do not look forward to all the leveling I am going to have to do in my garden space just to insure clips stay and the beds don't fall apart. If you are thinking about stacking these -- you will despise Lifetime. To Lifetime I say -- You can do better.

These raised garden beds, worked so well for me. I was looking to grow vegetables in the backyard and keep critters at bay while the plants are growing. It was easy to assemble. I have put a mesh wire at the bottom so that the ground sqirrels cannot dig into the beds. worked like a charm.

Good & sturdy products! They look great in my garden. May buy a couple more too!
