The box was clearly opened previously. Parts are missing and one handle is slightly bent. One glass panel has holes for the handle to be installed but the other one does not. I need the full product delivered to me. My contractor has done what he could but I don't have a working shower at this point and he is gone! Really awful service here. I expect Home Depot to send some one to finish the job, right?

I am a little disappointed in this Kohler. Water splashes out easily because of the design. The gap between doors is too wide. The bottom track protection is not tall enough. After a 5 minutes shower, there is water all over the floor and i have to wipe every time. Not to mention slipping risk.

Panel shattered from normal use on the same day it was installed. Thankfully I was not badly hurt, just some superficial cuts. The warranty claim was approved easily enough, but shipping replacement panel is 2-3 months out, but not even sure i want to risk this happening again

Both side I mean. Both side of the glass wall will leak water if your shower spray on wall. There is 1 cm gap between the glass and the wall because need to tap a bump to avoid the glass direct hit the wall. Then no more anti leak bumper for the whole glass area. Thats why water coming out from from the gap

This is a beautiful shower door that turns a regular shower into a beauty!

I was able to install this shower door by myself in a couple of hours. Measure twice, cut once! It looks great, slides quietly and is easy to keep clean. My only complaint is that the bumper on the side by the shower head keeps the door open about a half inch, which lets some water splatter onto the floor. I just place a towel there, no big issue.

I got a pro fix this in my house and it is unexplainable’y crooked. The glasses don’t feel parallel. Inner door does not close in a straight line. It deviates a straight line by at-least 20 degrees. Not proud of this purchase. Knowing it is a popular brand, we got this but this is not cool kohler !!! For the amount of money I spent on it !!!!!!! I like the look of this product but hey this is not participating in a beauty pageant, functionality is important for any door.

Very easy to install compared to the last one I put up. Straightforward instructions and was able to do the complete assembly myself. I was a bit worried when I picked it up at the store. The box was damaged and couldn't easily check for damage. When I got it home and opened it up, everything was intact

Although packaging was crushed and ripped, all parts including glass arrived without damage. Excellent instruction manual and labeling of small hardware made installation and adjustments easy. Very good quality, doors roll smoothly, was an excellent value!

It was easy to install by this 53 yr old woman, with DIY experience. It looks great and is adjustable for out of plumb walls.

Can not get the doors adjusted right so that it won’t leak. Big gaps at bottom and sides of doors allow for leaks

This is our 2nd Kohler shower door we have had installed. A different bathroom and house, we love it. Cleans easily, looks high end.

I chose this door because of the 74 inch height and availability of a towel bar. The 74 inches matches my surround perfectly. I also wanted frosted, but it was substantially more than clear. The trim at the bottom of the glass panels are logical in protecting against breakage, but they are glued on with silicone adhesive and they did a sloppy job, as seen in photo. There is no excuse for that, masking tape can be used to create a neat bead. The same trim is too long for the glass and offsets to one side which keeps the door open even more than design allowances, as seen in photo; a full 7/16 gap which also prevents the door from contacting the bumper. Further, errant silicone was found on one glass panel towards the middle on the frosted side which is impossible to remove completely. The frosted finish is not homogenous and makes the door look like it is covered with water spots. From a distance it is okay and I like the soft grey-green light as filtered through the glass. The top rail takes the weight of the doors and actually sags slightly giving the appearance of being out of level to a discerning eye. Be forewarned that the installed 2 doors have a space of 1 3/8 in. between them. However, there is sufficient overlap in my 59 inch width installation. The towel bars are strong enough but the fabrication of them was sloppy. When looking from end to end the out of alignment is obvious. Naturally they fit poorly. A half hour with diligent filing corrected the fit against the glass but they are less than true. The bottom door spacer guide caused the threshold to lean out of square. It is unforgiving and when taken apart some damage occurred necessitating me to use a fastener into the shower pan ledge, which really is not the best practice. But it is square now and quite secure. The wheels at the top do appear they will live longer than me and have enough friction so the door does not move too fast and slam against the wall. Personal preference; the medallions that trim the wheels could be 30% smaller and still hide the wheel. Finally, the "bolts" that attach the towel bars also act as a knob. They are less than 3/16 in. proud and a poor means of moving the door. No doubt it is a fingernail breaker for some. With the 1 3/8 in. space between doors, they could have at least provided a 1/2 inch long knob and still had a safety barrier against contact.

Love the Kohler shower doors they look great and slide like silk The Kohler web site and instructions for instillation were easy to follow. My Home Depot store on Fields Ertel road in Cincinnati was great to deal with. The Kohler shipping web site provided terrific tracking on our doors. We love them. Not too be picky but during instillation I thought it would have been better to have a little longer bottom rail as the directions had me cut the rail about 3/4 of an inch smaller than the opening and I think that should have been just 1/4 inch to allow the bottom rail to fit inside the wall supports, also I added an anchor screw to the center floor bracket instead of the caulking which made the doors much more rigid when sliding which simply feels better. Love the clean shield , though we squeegee after showering, the doors never show any water spots. The towel bars make a nice support to hold onto when you want to steady yourself in the shower. We love the doors, Thanks

Great looking, great value. Got the opaque glass so I don't have to squeegee. Very happy. Installation is straight forward. Only watch out is the threshold and center guide are held in place only by silicon. The instructions say to apply silicon only at the outside of the threshold. This did not work for me. I liberally applied also on the inside which is no issue.

There are scratches on the bottom of both door metal areas, it came out of the box this way. The top rail looks anodized and looks terrible and not like a matte nickel!!

Already have recommended this Shower Door to other people. Being a self proclaimed DIY'er this was pretty easy to install. I remodeled my bathroom to remove a bathtub and build a walk in shower to prepare for my upcoming hip replacement surgery, my wife and I finished everything except the shower door install. After 3 weeks post surgery we thought we could now install the doors and it went relatively as described. My wife did most (95%) of the install with my help with alignment and leveling. VERY HAPPY with this install.

Looks somewhat better online.. the wall brackets feel cheap! But it’s an upgrade from what we had and the Black Friday price of $199.99 was a steal!

Love our new doors. Contractor said they were easy to install. Great quality and great value for the price.
