Great looking door, installation was easy. I had it delivered to the store and nothing was broken or scratched. I would have liked the door to be a little higher since I'm 6'3" but I don't have a problem getting it or out of the shower. The frosted glass is very nice, you can't see the other side at all.

I did not install myself. I am totally happy with the product. It meets all of my expectations.

The Kohler "Levity" shower door was purchased as one component of two concurrent full bath remodel projects that utilized all Kohler plumbing and decorative components from the Forte collection. A mistake. When the installation contractor open the shower door shipping container he examined the contents and stated that he would not install the door because the metal parts; header, wall jambs, threshold were scratched and nicked and the matte nickel finish on the front of the header, the most distinctive and visible part of the fixture was 'bubbled' over an approximate 8 square inch area. Home Depot Customer Service reps willingly took the lead in contacting Kohler, but suggested that I make a personal contact with the manufacturer as resolution might be expedited with direct customer contact. Kohler's Customer Care representative responded to my concern without question and immediately ordered all new replacement parts. She also ordered new shower valve trim parts that were missing from a shower assembly ordered concurrently with the Levity door. Today is October 22, 28 days from the original shower door order date, and the replacement parts from Kohler arrived via Fedex. They were packaged in a 60 inch long triangular packing tube without any wrapping to protect the matte metal finish and without any packing material to keep them from striking together during shipping. They were loose in the container. When the package was opened it was clearly obvious that the finish on the header was completely defective over its full 60 inch length. There were two 1/4 inch wide parallel lines running the length of the face of the header wherein the finish contrasted with the balance of the piece. Additionally, another 60 inch trim piece was slightly bent, but may be usable. Upon a second contact with Kohler customer service, a new header was ordered and I await delivery of a replacement part header...again, Kohler has been most cooperative in providing replacement parts. However, the issue is that Kohler appears to have no quality control and no product and packaging inspection process. These recurrent problems should not occur in a product line that was once considered good quality. Additionally, plastic parts are used in components that were once metal, i.e., shower faucets trim, bezels, tower bars, etc. The "Bold Look of Kohler"...not so much.

This door was a real pain to install. 1. As it turns out my tile guy did not ensure the walls were flat when he did my job. One wall bows about 1/2". Getting the side rail flush to the wall required me to drill holes in the rail AND my tile, insert anchors, and tighten with screws. I'm a machinist by trade but I still had trouble balancing the correct counter bore depth for the screws I used and wound up with one jut pulling through the rail. I had to add decorative washers to properly hold the screws for installation. Looks OK but not what I wanted at all. 2. The little clips that hold the front door on are not a great application. Its easy to cause them to rotate and bind up the front door. If you didn't install the door yourself you probably would have a hard time fixing this. I'm sure this will (inevitably) happen when I'm traveling for work and my wife will go nuts. They also drag on the header just enough to be annoying. 3. The inside door is intended to be toward the shower head. It has about 1/4" gap between the door and wall because of the bumpers on the top and bottom. Also the door is about 2" behind the front vertical rail. It looks stupid and leaks occasionally. The little strip they send for application to the back of the vertical rail is intended to prevent this. This is very curious solution as it does absolutely nothing to seal the door. It might prevent water from running down the wall in tension and escaping the shower but does nothing to prevent water from just splashing out the gap. Once you have one you'll see what I mean. 4. Once I decide I don't like this door it will be as difficult to remove as it was to install. A ton of caulk stuck all over the door area and 6 holes in my new tile to boot. LOOK FOR SOMETHING ELSE! FYI I am a competent do-it your self-er and have been buying and renovating houses for almost 30 years. I have yet to encounter a home project I could not tackle with good results. I'm not proud of this one though......

Installed this unit on a 48" fiberglass shower stall that was actually to short for the unit (I knew this when I purchased it). It still worked great just had to build a little build out from the wall. The hardware and anchors that are included are great quality and it really looks nice and clean no real framing and the glass going up above the rollers makes it look like I paid at least double.

I was looking for taller glass sliding door and this spec told me it's 74". After installing by professional, I found out the opening is only 67" because of the top rail. And it was too heavy to install alone. definitely 2 men job. Looks nice and easy to clean. If you are considering taller than 67" member's using, you should think about this point.

Unit is of high quality construction and greatly enhances the appearance of my updated bathroom. The thick glass stays clean and spot free. Easily adjusts to match my out of square walls with no water leaking by. Rolls quietly and smooth. Amazing product.!

Kohler shower doors look incredible! Installation was quick and easy and the doors appear to cost much more than their actual price. We are very pleased with the look of our new bathroom. Would highly recommend this product at a great price point and value.

Excellent product. Looks fantastic installed. Took about a day and a half to install. Instructions easy to understand. No problems at all installing.

When updating our master bath we wanted doors that were as modern as everything else. These doors really are perfect. They are everything the description says, quiet, easy to install and a very innovative design. Great price as well!

Like the shower door frame and appearance. A bit disappointed in how much the glass rattles within the frame when bumped. Maybe thicker glass or better guides would reduce rattling

The install was very straightforward. Though the frameless doors were heavy I was able to do the install by myself. The only problems I had were based on how the previous owner installed the shower enclosure. The delivery was perfect no issues and actually came early

Instructions on installation are sadly lacking in clarity...some are actually backwards and you have to figure it out on your own...looks good when it's finally finished but beware high blood pressure during installation...

Met my expectations.

I had the shorter version with a tub for over 12 years and loved them, so when we converted to a shower base we installed the same model. Very nice quality and durability. Easy to install if you're somewhat handy.

The whole box was broken when I got the delivery.

Worst designs ever made !

My shower door was replaced yesterday as the final part of a full bathroom renovation. It looks great, but as others have mentioned, there is a leakage issue. In our case, the amount of water leaking amounts to 2-3 oz and it is contained within the base frame. If there were more than 2 in our household, it could overflow from the base. The simple solution is evaporation and/or a squeegee to push the water back into the shower. At $545, I'd happily buy it again, but it appears Kohler is closing out this model, probably because of the leakage issue.

Appealing to the eye, functional and a good quality product.

Very pleased and excited about the new shower door. It was well packaged and the material quality was great. Only problem I had was with the anchors provided. I needed to find alternatives to install the frame in my fiberglass shower.

More difficult than expected to install. Gaps between shower doors allow for water splash outside of shower. Enough that you have to wipe the floor after every shower.

Love the new look. My wife is happy too
