I don't know how you would "rate" a piece of plastic with two holes in it. The holes were in the right place and the plastic was in brand-new condition, and it looks very nice on the wall.

Great product, super durable, easy to install. Even breaking off all the tabs was fairly easy. will buy again!

Slots were too tight for my wife to insert plug. Had to rock it up and down for engagement. It has eased slightly over time, but remains somewhat difficult.
