A fan is a must to sleep with and we've been through some fans over the years and this one is by far the best! I read some reviews that it's a little noisy but it's perfect to drown out any other bothersome noise. The wife loves her new fan. We have a winner!

Easy assembly

Moves a lot of air, quiet and tough. Bought one before and used in 3 year construction project in a house and it was abused. Still works as new. Liked so much bought a second one as a spare for the home.

Love it . The remote is nice to have

This is the 2nd same Lasko 20" Pedestal fan. Box front labelled Made in USA. The oscillating gear make loud grinding noise, regardless the fan speed is high or low, or the oscillating switch is on or off. We return the first unit because of the loud grinding noise. Very disappointed. Don't they test these units before shipping to stores?

Works great, like having a remote. The top speed really moves the air.

They have remote and height os adjustable

I only buy Lasko fans and have been doing so for many years. I really like this model. The only thing I HATE about this fan is the remote. You literally have to be within a few feet of it and point it with laser like precision to get it to work. I use it when I wake up at night but the effort it takes to turn it on infuriates me. It's crazy. I mean what's the point of having remote if you have to get so close to it you could just as easily press the buttons?

The fan was exactly like the description on the website and it is a tall big fan. Worth the money.

The fan had a smell that would not go away.

I have an old Lasko 16" fan with remote. The remote controls the timer, temperature, speed and ocillation. The fan I bought from Home Depot is supposed to be 16" but it seems smaller. When I first put it together and started it, it made a annoying noise but after running it for about 1/2 hour it stopped making the noise. Overall I'm satisfied, just have to manually turn the ocillation off and on. Got to get up and do this, a little troublesome. Not like my old fan that had that feature on the remote.

Great value for all the features, including the remote control.

Seems to be well made the front grill is metal not plastic.

Purchased the larger 20" model. It moves a whole lot of air, especially on High speed. The push/pull button on the motor to control oscillation is wonky. I have 2 other Lasko fans and both have a button on the remote to control oscillation. The fan blade arrived with lots of extra plastic on the edges, which should have been removed during manufacture. The fan is a bit noisy but since it's on a 3-season porch, that is not a big problem. Overall, I like the fan despite the few issues I mentioned.
