MY LG MICROWAVE STARTED ON FIRE!!! I PURCHASED A LG REFRIGERATOR ( HAD 2 COMPRESSORS REPLACED), A STOVE ( CIRCUIT BOARD HAD TO BE REPLACED AT MY COST...HALF OF PANEL STILL DOES NOT WORK) AND A DISHWASHER THAT SMELLS LIKE IT IS BURNING EACH TIME WE USE IT. LG HAS THE ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANYONE TO EVEN WANT TO REPAIR THESE APPLIANCES AS THEY SAY LG PROVIDES NO TRAINING. HOME DEPOT NEEDS TO STOP CARRYING LG APPLIANCES. AS FOR HOMEDEPOT........I ASKED FOR SOMEONE FROM THE HOME DEPOT/LG TEAM TO CALL ME. THAT WAS OVER A MONTH AGO!!!!! NO CALL YET!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this almost a year ago and have enjoyed this microwave. It has a Reheat mode that our previous one did not. It’s also a bit more spacious than what we had before. Works like a charm!

Satisfied with my purchase. Very good - quality wise . I will recommend LG microwave to all. I gave 4 because I cannot say anything about reliability. I just bought it 1 month ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 4 mo. Ago & rubber cover over fan ++ melted./ charred & made a loud popping sound during melting butter in glass contaner. No butter splatters on interior. Tech said it was a sparking..& just replacing the rubber cover!! My electrician says something shorted out..I think this is a fire hazzard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace an old microwave that did not have a turntable and to update my kitchen. Overall I am very satisfied with it’s performance and appearance. My only criticism is that the touchpad is difficult to read in subdued light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quickly cooks and easy to clean. Only problem was a small piece of plastic that looks like plastic wrap that is stuck between two sheets of glass in the door. Plastic was there when microwave was delivered.

I purchased this microwave a couple months and it is wonderful. So easy to use and it looks very nice in my kitchen as well. It was a great deal for the money. I would recommend it to everyone.. Very user friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works effortlessly, but don't trust the installation template, it's off by a lot. Measure the holes on the unit for the front mounting holes of your cabinet. Otherwise it's a very competent device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 2 weeks ago to replace an outdated model. Really enjoy the sensor cooking feature and the detailed finish looks great.

Feature-wise, this microwave does all of the basics with preprogrammed settings for food, reheat options, etc. Quality-wise, this microwave has irritating design flaws. Upon installation, the top of the microwave would not pull tight to the underside of cabinet and the flimsy sheetmetal flexed. I took it down 3 times, only to conclude that there is no reenforcement for the overhead bolts to thread into, so the thin metal leaves very weak support for the weight of the microwave. I resorted to putting a self-taping sheetmetal screw into the side of the unit to anchor it to a side cabinet and take the weight off the top of the unit instead. I've also noticed that the touch panel requires a lot of force to push buttons and creaks and flexes directly over the +30 second button. Lastly the door slopes upward from right to left so the lines aren't clean when you look straight on it. Overall this unit fails in the basically quality test for me and I am very disappointed to have made this purchase. I would have returned it promptly but the original unit took over a week to ship to me with no in-store pickup option available, so a return would have been a large hassle. I would recommend folks look for a better model before purchasing.

Bought the whole kitchen suite. Working as required. Only wish all of the manufactures would get together and have standard hanging devices and hole placements. I had to drill new holes in cabinet floor to hang this microwave.

Easy installation. Very quiet. Easy to clean interior. Has light, timer feature & 2 speed exhaust fan, defrost settings.

We had LG microwave for at lest 15 years. Good product. We like it.

This microwave does a decent job heating food, and the overall look is nice, but I don't think I'd recommend this unit. I'm a fan of LG, but this is not a high quality appliance. The price is on the low end, so I should have been prepared for that. The buttons are really hard to push, and the clock/timer is obscured when standing to the right of center. Sounds a little 'hollow' when closing the door. Also, the beeping sounds are annoyingly loud. I gave this three stars because it does the job and is relatively cheap, but would not recommend to a friend.

Over the past two years we have had to buy multiple part for the microwave because it Handel has fallen off multiple times and almost every few months the plastic at the bottom has fallen off and and had to buy a whole new door multiple times and cost us 300-400 dollars.

Purchased this microwave in sept. of 2019 as part of a 4 piece kitchen package. It started getting louder after first 3 months, just thought it was something we would have to live with until it dies on April 12, 2020. First of all the microwave has some good and bad features. It softens and melts butter and defrosts frozen meats very well. The light does not have a night light and gets hot. The beeps on the keypad can not be disabled, very annoying when trying to heat up stuff when people are sleeping. We really like the other appliances but never really cared for the microwave. It was actually a step down from our 14 year kenmore microwave it replaced. We decided to just buy a new different brand instead of trying to get this one fixed. Very disappointing product.

A little hard for one person to install over the oven, but if you have a little help it is very easy to install with all the instructions provided.

The only thing this microwave is missing is smart buttons for 1, 2 and 3 minutes. Other than that it works great.

I like the options the touch control seems to have to be pushed harder than thought but its fine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this over the Christmas holidays to replace the 80’s microwave that came with the purchase of our house. Literally in 7 minutes we had a full course chicken meal ready to eat for dinner a few days later.

according to Home Depot, this would fit under my cabinets and over my stove because the distance between the stove top and the bottom of the cabinets was over 30 ". BUT my cabinet people said it's the distance between the stove top and the bottom of the microwave that matters, and that needs to be (I can't remember if it's 15" or 16"). Perhaps because I have gas stove? BUT it WON'T FIT over the stove. My distance now is 32", or 31" from top of grate to bottom of cabinet

Loving the cooking space, quite, easy clean & just looks good! EASY to operate, the engery save meant a lot to me. Didnt need another clock. Seems ever appliances has a clock...ugh
