Had to exchange the first one because the lower knob didn't lock at all. The replacement worked marginally better but still bad.

This was not the proper replacement set for my needs. The package did not explain it's contents for a homeowner, in my opinion.I had to return and buy a different brand that suited my needs.

Deadbolt screws too long
Previous customer. Purchased this combo set to replace older Kwikset lock and deadbolt on standard entry door. The deadbolt screws were too long and pushed the cover plate off of the lock cylinder, denting/bulging it in two (2) places. Put the old deadbolt back on and didn't attempt to install the entry lock.
