I was worried by the reviews for pre-hung doors that weren't square or had to be reconstructed or returned. This one had no problems at all. We installed it without any trouble and it's a nice door. Measurements were true to size. Delivery was smooth. No complaints.

Just don’t be expecting an MDF Door as described. It’s only cheap sawdust and glue...and the bore block for the knob set isn’t any better. The hinge mortise isn’t deep enough but it works.The price was reasonable and it shipped quick, but this was not the quality I was expecting.

Turned out amazing. They came primed, fit perfect in my door jams, and we sprayed them along with my walls and they came out great. Couldnt be happier.

Hinges not mortised fully into jamb. Just the back was 1/2 mortised. I had to pay an expensive installer to remove door from jamb and mortise all sixteen hinge mortises. 3 hours at $60/hr. I am taking pictures to customer service to try and recover some of the money.

Door came with minor damage where the inner panel was sperated some. It is fixable but for 200 bucks should I have to fix it? No.

The doors themselves are nice. My issue was with HD. The 6 doors I purchased must have been the last ones that were in the warehouse. When my contractor picked them up they were not in anyway packaged and there was damage to all doors and a door jamb missing. I should have known and been compensated for this, I blame HD.

Door arrived as ordered. The only detail that I don't recall the website asking is what color the hinges should be, so I received black hinges whereas I might have ordered chrome; could have been user error! All good!

All as expected- good quality and good looking door. Delivered on time too.

well made easy install

The door seemed a little dirtier than expected. Even though it was just primed, I expected it to be flawless. I have not had it painted yet, but assume the smudges will not be an issue.

Nice looking solid doors. Takes paint well

The door is exactly what we wanted! The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 was that it was filthy with handprint smudges all over. Not the manufacturer's fault but it made the appearance of the door disappointing until we were able to get it painted.
