[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is easy to use each of the disc. I like how fast it grates and slices, cheese, potatoes, etc. Plus the cleaning the parts are simple.

I bought this in NOV. However, I have only used it a couple times so far but I absolutely love it!!! Its very quiet and I just love the slicing feature. Also, the different blades are designed in such a way as to be very safe and easy to assemble and use. Am very happy I decided on Kitchenaid!!!!

I will never buy this product again. Every time I use it I spend 30 to 40 minutes just trying to get all the locking mechanism to match up for it to operate. My recommendation is by a different food processor.

Received item as expected and on time. Removed it from the package and washed. Assembly was super easy. However, it does not work. Took it apart and reassembled. Tried once more but, the unit still will not work. Now I have to go through the tedious process of getting it replaced or refunded.

Feeding tube shape is only ever so slightly curved on one side so It is exceedingly easy to put in in the wrong way. You can put it in and push it most of the way down, but you won’t get it out again!!! Happened 2 of 3 times and now unusable. That’s a disgrace for the price they charge! Why not have a more significant shape difference that’s impossible to put in wrong or rather why is there a shape difference at all?

I received this 13 cup food processor for my birthday a year ago. Its not an item I use daily. One day I used it to process some bananas and the blade broke. I was very disappointed. I expected a better product from KitchenAid.
