I had to slightly modify the existing brick enclosure to provide proper support for the base of ...
I had to slightly modify the existing brick enclosure to provide proper support for the base of the new gas grill.
Once installed and jetted for natural gas, the grill performed very efficiently. The shields over the burners are a plus, as they distributed the heat from the burners and kept the burners free from spillage. Clean-up was relatively easy with vinegar and water solution. Glass cleaner easily cleaned up the exterior.
The price, although not inexpensive, seems reasonable because of the quality of the material.
The 4 separate burners are a plus
After owning the unit for approximately 4 weeks we are happy with the cooking performance of the grill.

Stay Away if you plan Conversion to Natural Gas
This would be a fairly straightforward conversion to natural gas IF you can get the orifices. Home Depot does not have them and told us to contact KitchenAid. We have contacted KitchenAid multiple times, and have been told someone from another department will call us back within 24 hours. No one has. We will continue calling, but if you want a grill ready to go with natural gas, do not get this one!

The 4 main burner gas valve orifices for propane and natural gas are pre-installed. You would only need to remove the propane orifices. The natural gas orifice for the rotisserie burner gas valve comes in a plastic bag with the manual package. Bad igniter after only 3 years
Only two 2-3 years the igniters aren't working. Replaced the battery, still no luck. Very frustrating for this much $$$. What's a good brand of igniters for this?

Having major buyer's remorse. Would not recommend this bbq.
This bbq is made of the poorest quality stainless steel ever! Ours was purchased last June, and it is already changing colors. The interior is impossible to clean.

Very good value. Solid construction. Installation in an existing enclosure was straightforward. Burners run a little hotter toward the front. Electric ignition works consistently (it also comes with a match holder for manual lighting). Only negative is that after the first rain storm there was a bit of water in the thermometer. That dried out after a couple days in the sun. I now have the grill cover to prevent future problems.
