This could be an awesome product if all the parts were in the box and if the rest of my order had not been a total nightmare. I will never work with Home Depot again, not even for a light bulb!!!!!!!

Product missing essential pieces - no support from store
The faucet/handshower kit - which was expensive to begin with - was ordered online and arrived without several of the pieces listed on the box - common plumbing pieces, but ones we didn't have at home. Brought it into the store, and they refused to give us those pieces. We had to ship back to Home Depot, and go for another week without a working tub/shower. It would have cost Home Depot under $4 to give us those pieces and gain a customer for life. Bad customer service.
