I love the faucet but the plumbing hardware didn’t get packed with package. I contacted KB about the issue and still waiting. It’s been over a week and my plumber is getting impatient. This company doesn’t care about making it right with their customers!!

What confused me with the photograph was the narrow space...
What confused me with the photograph was the narrow space between the round base to attach to the wall. Once I knew it is extendable all was fine. Instalation by help without problem. It work well, looks good. The only thing I am worried about is the impact of the calcium high water spots.

Two problems: (1)the brass nipples coming out the back of...

Perfect wall mount faucet
I purchased this wall mount faucet for my new Aqua Eden 4.4ft claw foot tub. I was a little worried about the fit but it fit perfect. The faucet has a vintage feel & looks fabulous with the tub. I had a plumber install the drain pipe & faucet. It was an easy install for him.
