Had first one for five years and loved it. When it started having issues, we ordered another one. Within 2 weeks, the cup sizes were getting smaller and smaller. Complained, got a new one, which went almost four weeks before it did the same thing. I don't really want to go through customer service and get a third machine, so am ready to switch to another company! We really enjoyed our first machine and are very disappointed with the new ones.

I bought a Keurig a couple of years ago, and I have not experienced any problems. I ordered a Keurig as a gift for a relative, and they have had constant problems. The water does not always heat, it takes several attempts to make a single cup, etc. We are visiting our relative and saw first-hand the problems they have been experiencing. I am ordering them a new Keurig, and I hope the quality has improved since June 2014 when I purchased the first gift. Very disappointed in my last purchase.

Just received the coffee maker and is beautiful looking and makes great coffee for me so far. Glad I made this purchase.

Mine continues to have a mind of it own...sometimes it works, sometimes it don't. The lights come on, but sometimes nothing happens when you press the brew buttons. Sometimes it will give you 4oz of coffee when you press the button for 10 oz. Sometimes you get grounds in your coffee. Other times, about 2 out of 10, it will brew a perfect cup. I have written to Keurig and have gotten absolutely no response. They are a big company and my little problems are irrelevant to them, so I won't be buying Keurig again.

The product is very easy to use and is lets you pick coffee temp. and size of cup. I find water canister a little awkward for me since I am short, hubby has not trouble with it.

We love it because we both like different coffee tastes. I only drink caffe Mocca .Escapes. Wish they were a little less expensive. That would help fixed income people like us. Thank you for your quality.

this is my 4th brewer in less than a year, may be i'm just cursed but they work fine for a while then just up and die.

I am also the owner of a 2.0 model and this by far is the best one! I've never had trouble with it and had to have my 2.0 550 replaced after 3 months of use.

I love the Elite45 its simple, easy to use. not much upkeep and sits nicely in the kitchen area. Also its a nice feature for having friends over you can use Keurig coffee or add your own flavor in the Café Cups.

I love the quickness of the brewing, easy fill water reserve, I like the fact you can purchase a variety of different coffees to sample. So far everything has been great with this coffee maker, haven't had it that long and hopefully it will last.

I bought this machine for my husband last Christmas because he has a disability that effects his hand strength. The ease of this machine allows him the ability to make his own coffee any time he wants one, and be able to lift his cup out of the machine with both his hands without parts of the machine getting in the way. I too have enjoyed sampling new flavors and have narrowed down my favorites that I am never out of stock of :-) We each drink about 8 cups a day, so the durability thus far is fantastic...never have had a single problem and would highly recommend this machine.

Love the K45, but a 48 oz water tank is just not enough water. I guess that's why on the 2.0 they have 60,70,80 oz tanks.

Love not having to make a pot of coffee. The single cup is so convenient and the selection of coffee is excellent!

This one is working after returning 4 others that did not work. Embarrassing when you give as a gift. No compensation either for my troubles and the embarerising situation with the back and forth

The Keurig K45 is the best invention ever. Now we can have just one cup without having to make a pot of coffee and wasting 70% I absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a great system

I can actually make a good cup of coffee all by myself. And, it's so convenient.

We are awaiting delivery of our third replacement machine. The first two K40 machines were replaced under waranty after they quit brewing and just buzzed when a button was pushed. Now they are sending a K45, and from reading these reviews it looks like we should expect more of the same very poor quality product. What is wrong with this company and their quality control?

I use my keurig every morning. It's my morning drug giving me energy, keeping me awake and alert, and is like having desert but healthier. The machine is low maintenance saving time with minimal cleaning. The coffee taste so fresh and you can definitely tell the difference from regular multi cup coffee.

I received a keurig as a gift and it's one of the best gift I've ever gotten. I gifted 2 of these one for our business and one to a coworker and they are as happy as i am with mine. I use mine about 4 times everyday. And still work perfect as the day I got it.

I love my Keurig! I love having the option to make so many different flavors. It's like having my own coffee shop in my kitchen. I can't even imagine going back to the "old" way of making coffee.

I've had 3 machines in a year I'm not buying another

I use the Keurig on my days off from work. When i wake up, my mornings feel more peaceful and less pressured because I know the Keurig will work fast and I can really enjoy my steamy hot beverage in bed. I use this every morning to either brew coffee or for hot water to a tea bag. I don't have to worry about left over coffee.

My husband and I are the only ones in our household that drink coffee so the single cup brewer is perfect for us!! Also, my husband leaves for work early in the morning, so it is so fast and convenient to make a travel cup of coffee to go!! Love, love, love my Keurig!!!
