Stopped working after 90 days
I have only had this coffee maker for 90 days. It shows to add water but the water is full. It shows it is heating but it is not.. You cannot hear anything happening with it. I am going to ask if there is a local repair shop that can fix the maker without me having to mail back to Keurig or see about getting Keurig to send me a replacement coffee maker. I had a similar Keurig before this one and had many issues with it as well. I follow all the recommendations for cleaning shown on the video but without success. However, I have not had this coffee maker long enough for it to even need cleaning.

They always break!!
well it's definitely a love hate relationship with these brewers. I don't know why Keurig just doesn't admit it, but they should just tell everyone that within a year or two these are going to break. We have owned approximately 6 to 8 of these units, all replacements for the ones that had previously broken. they do make a good cup of coffee and are great when they work. but I can assure you sooner or later they will begin acting up and not working right and probably totally quit on you. So when you buy your Keurig brewer, start saving money for your next one.

Need help with repair.
We have had our K45 for two years now, and it is just now giving us some trouble. I was putting it through De-scealing and after two cups ran through it stopped pouring out water. It also turned it's self off once. Not sure what to do about this. We have enjoyed our Keurig and will more than likely get another one if I can't get this one to start working. Can anyone help?

Don't Like Changes to the Brewer
I love our Keurig. I love being able to brew one cup at a time. I love the simplicity. I don't love our replacement brewer. I don't like the new design taking away the flashing blue light indicating when the water level is too low. I don't like how it will start a cycle, decide there isn't enough water, then just sits there with a tiny pinprick of blue light on the top as I'm loading up kids for school, come back for my tea, and nothing. Please consider this in future redesigns.

Shoddy
We used this product daily. Between my husband's and my schedules it WAS a life saver. The pump has always been loud, but I loved my Keurig. Now, not so much. I went to brew a cup of coffee yesterday and it quit working. I could not brew my coffee, my to my dismay. We've only had it 2 1/2 years, and for the price one pays, I definitely expected a higher quality, longer lasting product. I called customer service. While they are friendly, they are not very helpful. You need a paperclip, or a sewing needle just to get access for them to help you "trouble shoot" the problem with my expensive coffee machine. We have neither of those in my house. I was politely told that I can watch a tutorial online if I preferred. That is not helpful. If I don't have the tools to use while on the phone, I don't have them to watch a video either. I guess I could go buy them (minimal cost), but why should I have to buy something to make my already purchased item possibly work again. If that doesn't work, how many more "items" will I have to buy to fix something that should be working properly. It should not be that difficult. If your product doesn't work, then you (as a company) should be fixing it. Customer service can make or break a company just as easily as the product. In this case, Keurig failed at both. I am very disappointed. This will also be posted in other online places to help guide people to a better quality product with a more consumer friendly company.

Very easy to use, out of the box and making coffee in about 15 minutes. Very nice design and appealing to the eye. I would recommend this coffee maker over any other to friends/family. This was my first keurig and I will never buy any other coffee maker brand again

6 years and still going strong

Couldnt ask for a mor reliable machine
I wake daily to have at least one and mostly three cups of coffee per day, and I have zero complaints in any department. Its reliable, easily maintained, and for the cost its invaluable. I cannot see how it could be used and have it fail. I have had mine for over two years, and its just as reliable as my dog. only it tastes better, just kidding, LOVE IT!

10 year old Bunn makes better coffee
After first purchasing and taking back a 2.0 system and returning it because I could not make my own coffee, I decided to try the K45. Bad mistake. The reservoir is quite small, It has to warm up before you make your first cup of coffee, and the final product is not very good. My 10 year old Bunn makes better coffee. The 2.0 coffee was better, but the proprietary buying of Keurig products and the inability to make my own coffee, turned me right off. Also, if you have any problems or complaints about the Keurig, don't expect satisfaction from Customer Service. I emailed them several times and they will get back to you in a week and tell you to call them. The reps have a very kind way of blaming the retailer and you about everything and telling you that you are on your own. I guess it is customer service that turned me off to Keurig as much as anything. Good luck with them if you have a problem.

I would buy it again in an instant
I have had my Keurig elite since 2012 and up until recently have loved the individual choices that the Keurig allows. As it ages, the cup size selection is no longer accurate. I select large cup and get a little in the bottom of the cup -sometimes have to push the button 2-3 times to get a full cup

Work Brewer!
We use this brewer at work/office. We work shift work so 24/7 for the last couple years this brewer has been on. It never gets turned off. It still brews a hot cup of Joe whenever we want it. Recommend this brewer for home or office.

takes all day to brew one copy don't was
It only brews on half a cup even on the larger setting size. You have to run it through twice to get a full cup. Sometimes it just doesn't work at all. You have to re-boot it by unplugging and replugging it several times. Also it takes forever to brew a small cup of coffee when it does work. It usually takes from 3 to 5 minutes to brew a full cup. Would not buy again.

Plan for it to fail
I am on my fourth Keurig brewer - and the first three all failed within the warranty period, while the last one just failed this morning. I got almost two years out of the last one, which much be a record of some kind. The coffee is great, and I love the convenience and speed. But if you're thinking about one of these, plan for it to fail in under two years. The quality and reliability need substantial work.

would not buy again
I am sad that this machine did not work. The first one failed after one month. Still under warranty I returned it to the store for an exchange (can do that in CALIF, state law). Guess what the 2nd one did not even work, and it was still factorty sealed. So i got my money back and went on line and bought the k 155. What a difference. The 155 is for office use, so it is heavier. I am now very happy.

How did I live without it?
I've had my Keurig for about 4 years now-I've never had any trouble with it and I really don't know how I lived without it before. I clean it regularly and only run distilled water through it (the tap water in our area is horrible) and I think that is why it has lasted. I love the fact that I don't waste coffee and I don't have to wait long to have a steaming cup of coffee at moment's notice. I love the variety of coffees to choose from. And the customer service at Keurig is AWESOME. I"m hooked!!!!

2.0 Brewer is significantly better
Having a single cup brewed in minutes works perfectly with my everyday schedule. However, this brewer only lasted about a week and then it stopped pulling water into the reservoir even after troubleshooting it. I went and bought a 2.0 brewer instead and it works much better. I've had zero problems. If you must have a Keurig, don't buy this model, buy a 2.0.

I have had this machine for only 4 month
I have only had this machine for about 4 months. In that time I have to turn machine off and on before it will work. It starts to brew a small portion of coffee and then it stops. I have to turn t off and on two or three times to get it going. Unfortunately I cannot find my paperwork from purchasing it otherwise I would send it back.

Don't Bother
My family and I have all used Keurigs for the past few years and we are finally done! We have each had to replace our Keurig within a year and half and it's become ridiculous. We like the convenience of being able to brew one cup, but about a year in, the brewer starts to only brew half of the cup you want. We used to be able to just call in and get a replacement one for free, but it looks like Keurig has had to replace too many of them. They're charging you for a replacement now! How ridiculous! You only get 35% off a new Keurig. So we'll be paying over $100 to buy another machine that we all know is just going to stop working correctly in under 2 years. No thank you Keurig. Time to go find another coffee maker. Don't bother with buying a Keurig unless you're committed to the brand and are will to keep buying new ones every other year.
