Nice design, clean look and holds a lot!

Thought I had purchased the one advertised as the slow close door and the adjustable mirror inside the door. After it was installed I learned you make one that does not have the slow close door. Did not turn out as expected.

Not at all worth the money. Nice cabinet but not worth a thousand bucks.

We have purchased and installed several of these lighted medicine cabinets. The cord that attaches to the door fails at about a year or two of use. The problem starts when you notice the lights flickering when the door opens and closes. The connector is obviously not designed to withstand the door being opened and closed. This is a design flaw that needs to be corrected, with all affected units replaced. A recall needs to be issued with redesigned connectors.

Fit nicely with a couple of spacers (old medicine cabinet was 17” wide and is 3” taller than old. Looks really nice and fresh in repainted BR.

The cabinet itself is nice. However, you have to take the doors off to adjust the shelves. Very inconvenient especially if you're elderly or disabled.

The inside mirror is made of plastic and it hard to operate.

The toilet is fantastic.

The instructions tell you to rough frame & sheetrock to 22 1/2" x 28 1/4". This is the exact dims. as the mirror with no "wiggle room" to install. The dims. needs to be 1/4" larger!

The instructions say to rough frame & sheetrock to 38 1/2" x 30". It needs to be 38 3/4" x 28 1/2" to properly fit the mirror. I had to re-frame sheetrock, mud & tape. Quoted job and lost money!!!

Pleased with purchase however shel holders were missing from parts box and it was a hassle getting replacements.

We love our new medicine cabinet because of the adjustable magnifying glass inside instead of having to mount an ugly one on the wall like before. Also, because the inside of the open door is a mirror as is the back of the cabinet.

My contractor installed this 18 months ago and the plug for the light has broken wires so light doesn’t work. I called Kohler for help and was told the warranty was for one year, but they would sell me the part needed for 50% off. I would need a new wiring unit that sells for over $300.00. Not something I could replace myself so I would then need to hire an electrician. Just buy a medicine cabinet or a lighted mirror, but save your money and don’t buy this Kohler cabinet.

The extra mirror does not stay in place. Waste of time. When it slides down it knocks the stopper out.

After 2 years the lights don't work. Waste of Money!!!!

Should of bought this years ago to give my husband more storage. Easy install. Love it!!

Wish I could give this product O stars. This arrived with tons of tape on both ends of the box, should have been my first sign of a problem. Unpacked the cabinet, parts missing, no shelves. And the worst part of the experience, had to pay an electrician $140.00 to only find that the lights on the door did NOT work. Kohler was no help, called and asked if they could send me another door and they refused. They don't have parts for their products. This is a $1200.00 medicine cabinet that should have worked right out of the box. Back it went the very next day. If you are looking at this item, keep looking, not worth the aggravation. Shame on Kohler, not a customer service company and not even an apology, NOTHING. Had to look at other retailers for a cabinet to fit in the hole I had prepared for this one, not successful so far.

Cut out instructions were incorrect. I should have measured before making the cut. Overall, a beautiful and practical bth cabinet. The inside mirror doesn’t stay in place, slides down and lives at the bottom of the door.
