The sink is beautiful and just like pictured. I was worried about getting a sink with just one base, but it is definitely large enough to fit many dishes in it at a time and it will also be very convenient when needing to wash cookie sheets and such.

Very nice sink. Scratches easliy though. Installation is somewhat difficult with the tab sysyem.

I was looking for a sink to fit inside my 30" base cabinet, this was the best looking one I found, dual mount and 4 holes made it versatile to my countertop options.

This sink is beautiful and that is the only good thing about it (until you start using it). You better be ready to dry it out after each and every use, it scratches from the slightest touch, if you drop any food while preparing dinner you better clean it up real fast or the stain will be there for ever. If it didn't cost so much I would have this sink pulled out and replaced, but after the price of this sink and plumber cost I would be throwing away a thousand dollars that I can't afford. By the way I only have this sink 10 months and I live alone so there are no kids to blame for the condition of this terrible sink.....If I could it zero stars I would...

This is a very economical stainless steel sink with a nice deep bowl.

Great sink. Much better than I expected. Sure am glad I picked this one. Beautiful design, very well built, and quiet. Love the square corners.

I haven't installed the sink yet, but it looks really nice. It's big and deep - and it'll be easier to wash items that don't fit into the dishwasher in this sink than it is in our current standard double sink. The online ordering was easy, the sink came in just a few days, and the pick up at the store was also fast and easy. I would have preferred that the sink just have one hole for the faucet and another hole off in the corner for soap. Since the sink is pretty modern looking, a modern one-hole faucet would go better with the sink than a three-hole faucet. But, this is a really nice contemporary looking sink at a very good price.

This is a very nice, full featured sink. It can certainly turn heads as its very high quality and sturdily built. I look forward to using this in a future forever home as it's worthy of being the sink I put in my forever home. I'd recommend this to anyone wanting a fully featured double bowl kitchen sink.

This is a nicely finished sink with a sturdy structure and cleanly cut holes for faucets.

Nice sink looks great. Not to complex to install. It’s stainless steel however; soapy water does leave marks or stain the surface. The fact that this sink does stain is the only drawback. Otherwise the look of the sink is awesome.

When we built our home about five years ago, we selected high definition laminate countertops to keep the cost down. We thought about replacing the countertops but honestly the laminate looks pretty good. I can’t however say the same for the sink the builder installed. This Kohler sink was an easy install. It fit perfectly into the opening from our old sink. The only real work I had to do was shortening the drain pipe on one side. Since this sink is deeper everything is lower under the counter. We rarely wash dishes by hand but this sink is much quieter than our old one. I love the basin rack. It gives the feel of a more expensive sink. Of all the features, the extremely thin rim is what I like the most. It almost gives this sink the look and feel of an under-mount. This sink was a very nice upgrade to our entire kitchen and I highly recommend it.

We had new granite counter tops installed and purchased this sink to install. Although there were some issues with the shipper, Home Depot was very good at insuring that we got it on time. The sink is deeper than our former sink and has a greater surface area in the bottom. This allows us to wash a 1/2 sheet cake or jelly-roll pan lying flat on the bottom. The included rack is very handy and a definite plus. It is noisier than our cast iron sink was, but not so as to be annoying. We have had it now for about two months and have noticed no discoloration or staining whatsoever. We did have one of the sound-dampening metal strips detach when we had very hot water in the sink and ran the disposal, but when it cooled, we were able to return it and the strip re-adhered without further problem. We top-mounted the sink and the slim edge allows us to whisk items from the counter top without any problem. This makes it easy to clean and there are no under-counter crevices to catch dirt or slime. if there is a con, it is that with the square corners, you have to be a little more careful when you clean to get into the corners.

This is a high quality stainless steel sink that is quiet. This only one of a few choices for a single bowl sink we had with our drop in setup. I love the single bowl (we replaced a double bowl) and the depth. However it doesn't drain very well and I'm wasting a lot of water, by swishing water a lot more than I ever have to get food bits to go down the drain. The bottom should be more angled to encourage movement toward the drain. I'll live with it but won't recommend it to others for this reason.

For those who want a quality product, this sink looks and feels exceptional. We did a remodel in our kitchen and replaced a very nice drop in sink with this undercounter model. This sink is noticeably heavier than the one we took out. Also, after years of use, our old sink was looking pretty dull - it was also a stainless steel model. Here are some pros and cons. 1. Pro - this sink bowl is very deep - big pots fit in the sink. 2. Pro - this sink is a heavy gauge of steel and feels solid 3. Pro - this sink has four holes precut - One for the faucet, one for the sprayer, one for the soap dispenser and one for our drinking water spigot. Perfect for us. 4. Pro - this sink has a nice squared off shape - lots more volume 5. Pro - undercounter mount looks clean 6. Pro - strong material - our heavy faucet feels solid now 7. Con - the sink bowls are bigger and take longer to fill 8. Con - we're in the middle of a drought here - uses more water to fill 9. Con - for those looking for a drop in sink, this isn't the one to buy 10. Con - if the sink goes bad, you need to pull the counter to get it out 11. Con - the heavier stainless steel absorbs some of the heat from the water - you must compensate for this when filling the sink Overall, we're very happy with our new Kohler Vault sink and highly recommend it.

This is a beautiful stainless steel sink. I had a stainless steel single bowl in this spot. I am sure that it will be a major asset as I clean the fruits and vegetables that I put up for the winter months. I did have to call in a carpenter to enlarge the space that it needed because my space was an inch smaller. Well worth the effort. I love it.

as advertised, it is a very nice sink. Very deep for a single bowl. We are very impressed. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND THIS IS QUALITY. I have always liked Kohler products and have a Kohler insulated tank toilet in my home too which we like. Would recommend this to anyone looking for quality

Great quality & beautiful to look at! Love the size too! Everything in my kitchen will fit in this sink. We under-mounted this in a granite island. Beware of possible damage. First order came in & was damaged (bent corner). Second one was very, slightly bent. It would not have been possible to use either as an above-mount. The boxes showed no damage on the outside. So I would recommend opening immediately.

This sink is huge and deep, exactly what I wanted.....but, the stainless steel is ugly, not smooth (feels rough), and spots easily. Cleaning it all day and after each use, but the stainless looks disgusting. It's time Kohler stopped using this cheap stainless and stand behind its name properly. I purchased it because of the Kohler name, but sadly, like a lot of their competitors, their products are not acceptable to me anymore. I prefer to shop at the upscale kitchen, lighting and designer store fronts now. For a few more dollars, you can get something that looks great and you will be proud to have in your home. This sink is not for the person who plans to keep it for the long term - I was, but I will replace it.

Sink looks great, until you use it. Anything cast iron scratches the heck out of it. Also, the corners are so square/tight that it is very hard to clean well. The bottom does not slope towards the drain enough so that there's always a bit of standing water. If you want something that looks very modern this works; If you want a functional kitchen sink that's not impossible to clean, look elsewhere. Also you can't use just any cleaner on this sink only spray cleaners like Windex.

The sink looks great. The size us very useful. BUT it is easy to stain, scratches easily and the bottom is not angled sufficiently to drain efficiently, so food sticks. The basin rack is essential due to the softness of the metal. It is sold by Kohler as part of the sink and unbundled by Home Depot upping the cost. The price is too high for the quality of the product

We were replacing a 33x22 acrylic sink, so we assumed the dimensions of this sink would easily drop in to the opening on the Corian countertop. However, it didn't. The countertop had to be opened just a little bit more. So my husband learned how to do it with his router and this set us back a day from having the plumber come to install everything. Also, when installing, there wasn't that much room, especially in the front of the sink, to install the clips that come with the sink, but the plumber was pretty confident that the silicon would hold it well enough. Overall, we love the increase in size of this sink. Previously, we had a double sink, that wouldn't fit anything. This one fits everything and really looks sleek and modern. Plus, if we decide we have the money to change out the countertops, we could change this into an undermount. Great choice!

THE KOHLER VAULT IS A GREAT SINK FOR US WE COOK ALL MEALS AS WE LIVE IN A RURAL AREA. EASY CLEAN UP, LOTS OF ROOM AND DEPTH TO CLEAN ALL POTS AND PANS! THE SINK WILL ALSO UNDERMOUNT WHEN WE CHANGE TO GRANITE.

My only criticism is that it has 4 predirlled holes. That feature is not as up to date as the sink.

The sink is well constructed with a very large, deep basin. It's simply a beautiful sink and just so much more functional than our previous two basin, shallow sink. We highly recommend it.

Looks great, nice and smooth look. Pretty spacious at just over 9" deep. Quiet as SS sinks go. Not as quiet as the enamel over cast iron we had but definitely able to stand up to more abuse.

Didn't know what we were missing out on when we bought this sink. It is so easy to clean big pans, pots, etc. Unless you need two sink bowls, one sink bowl is the way to go. The only time I think you would need two bowls, is if you have one bowl to wash and another one to rinse dishes in, but with dishwashers, no need to do that anymore. We have owned this sink for about 2-3 weeks now, and we couldn't be happier. Tips for installation: When you install the sink, make sure that you put the clips on before you put the sink in, and turn them so they align with the outer edge. That way you can drop the sink in with silicone, and then turn the clips 90 degrees and tighten once you're under the sink.

The sink is heavy gauge stainless so it will not dent easily. It comes with the rack which helps protect the surface but also makes it useful for hot pans and dishes. The size will handle the largest pots and pans which makes clean-up easy. The extra depth is also very nice for larger pots. I highly recommend this sink over all other stainless steel sinks.

We installed this sink in our kitchen remodel. We used formica countertops so undermount was not possible. This sink has a very flat slim rim which gives it a great modern profile. It is very deep and wide. No problem putting large pots, cookie sheets etc in it. I really like this sink and am very happy with this purchase.

I have had this sink for about 2 years. I absolutely love it. I can cook in any kind of pan, throw it in the sink and it fits, I can wash it up. I've even had my 60 pound dog in there once. Of course, I did clean thoroughly afterwards. We're moving to a new house, and I'll buy it again and replace the sink that's currently in the new house.
