We are building a new home and ordered this tub based on the great reviews and also based on the fact that we like Kohler products and have been happy with them in the past. Unfortunately, the first one came to the store after about 6 days, we drove 40 miles to get it, hauled it home, opened the box and found the tile flange was cracked along the seam. So, we had to tape up the box, load it in our truck and drive it back 40 miles to the store. They reordered another one and after another week or two of waiting, I called to see if it was in, and asked the store to please look at it and be sure it was not damaged before we drove to pick it up. They said it was fine. We're guessing they didn't take the Styrofoam off the corners of the tub when they looked at it because when we got home, opened the box and looked it it, this time not only was the tile flange cracked but it was broken off in one place. I think this has to do with poor packaging on the part of Kohler. There are just 4 little Styrofoam pieces (one on each corner) and other than that, it is set in a card board box. These boxes get handled by by various equipment and people in route to the store. They have to find a way to protect the flange better. I'm writing this review in hope that Kohler sees this and makes a change. We ended up having to keep the damaged tub because it would hold up our building process if we had to return it a second time and wait for antoher. The tub itself is beautiful and hopefully will be a great addition to our home. I'm giving it 2 stars for the packaging and the fact that both of them were damaged when we got them, so I cannot recommend the product to others.

Arrived in good condition. I was expecting a plaster liner, but it did not come with one.

Love my new bath tub! It has plenty of room and a nicely slanted back that’s perfect for soaking and relaxation.

Haven’t finished install yet but it’s a great tub. Probably could have gone with the 5.5’ (I’m 5’10, fit with lots of room). Tub is light I carried it myself.

Loved the bathtub, but had to return it, because it was too wide. Did not look at the measurements well enough. The tub is over 32 inches wide.

if you want a deep soaking tub, this is it. for older people be careful getting in and out, very deep.

It is a fantastic tub; exactly what I was wanting. The back has just the right angle for reclining. The people who installed it for me added insulation and that keeps the water very warm for at least an hour. I highly recommend it.

The tub was delivererd ahead of schedule and received in perfect condition. Very happy with the product. Definelty pricey but worth the extra money considering the quality and solid construction. Nice wide basin!

Perfect size, great value!!

I was nervous picking this out without seeing it in the store, but I couldn't be happier. This is a deep soaking tub and the unique shape is nice change from the many rectangular tubs out there. It is very comfortable and I love the space for the hands to rest when soaking.

It is a large tub, yet terrific for soaking. Comfortable. Easy to install.

Tub cane as promised. Huge soaking capacity. Nice lines. Requires level floor but can make up for that with mortor.
