This faucet is very nice - looks good, good quality materials. We have 3 installed in our home in 2 different finishes. The last one that we bought leaks around the base, no matter how much it was tightened. Seems to be a defect in the faucet itself. Will return for another. The others we have are fine. This faucet is good if you don't have much space between your faucet and backsplash because the lever for the drain moves almost straight up and down rather than up and back like most others. It is unfortunate that the faucet is not available in stores anymore, just online.

The thing is super heavy (a good thing). The faucet must be some sort of solid metal inside so it is probably well built and felt like it as well. I like having only one handle since it is easier to clean and is easier to fine tune the temperature than having knobs for hot and cold separate. I bought one for each bathroom, two thumbs up!

It is as described in brushed chrome. Very sleek and attractive. I like the arc of the spout--a little higher than some but not too high. The instructions accompanying the faucet lists it as a kitchen faucet--I bought it under the bathroom faucet section on the web. Also it was not clear whether or not you needed to use the plate that came with it. It shows it without on the website but the picture of the faucet on the instructions shows it with the plate attached to the bottom. I had to have my plumber look at it and explain that you had the option of using this, esp. with a 3 hole counter top.

After we installed a Kohler kitchen faucet, we decided to replace another brand bathroom faucet with a new Kohler. The quality and ease of use made this a great improvement. We highly recommend KOHLER.

I don't know why Kohler uses such a cheap plastic cartridge inside an otherwise attractive faucet. I have had this faucet less than four years and have already had to replace the cartridge 4 times. Kohler is glad to send you a replacement cartridge, but that is no help when you have lost use of your bathroom faucet while you wait for the part or you have to mop up the leaking water. Very disappointed.

Faucet looks great, installed easily, smooth operation.

We bought two of these to replace the original master bathroom faucets that came with our 1996 home. The old faucets had clear plastic doorknob-style single handles that were controlled by pushing in or pulling out and turning to the right or left. The new Kohler has a MUCH more controllable handle and moves much more smoothly. We love the style; this is exactly the same style we have in our kitchen (the kitchen version obviously being larger), so we already knew how much we liked it. This model is easy to clean, and was fairly easy to install, even for a non-handyman like me. The water flow is perfect, and the sink plug control works well. The ONLY reason we award four stars instead of five is that the aerators protrude so slightly beyond the spout itself that they are quite difficult to grab with sufficient traction to remove and replace them. We managed it, but it was actually the hardest part of installation. Overall though, we highly recommend this faucet!

Faucet was nice design. Came nicely preassembled. Unfortunately, not all single hole sinks can accept all single hole faucets. The mounting brackets under the sink deck were too big for my sink. Returned them and got another faucet design. Bought it online but local store made returns easy.

I am very pleased with this faucet. The handle to turn it on and left and right for hot and cold works very smoothly. The faucet wipes clean to a shine with a wash cloth.
