Been using the tub for two months now, very happy with quality and build of the Kohler brand. Install was fairly straight forward and as long as they are properly supported by a mortar bed underneath, I have no worries it'll hold up well going forward.

great bathtub! Nice depth

I ordered three different tubs prior to this one looking for the perfect tub. I love the wider 32 inch width. I definitely notice a difference from my previous 30. Inch wide tub. My husband and I are both 64 years old. I bath he showers. The tub because of the slant in the back is short. My husband is 6’6”and he couldn’t bath in this tub comfortably. Thee tub is so slippery I’ve slipped going in and coming out of this tub. I don’t know what to do to fix the problem. If I use a bath mat or put strips on the bottom of the tub I don’t think I’ll be able to slide well enough to get out of the tub. I did buy a bath mat for my husband so he doesn’t fall while showering. The tub is also very high. When I’m sitting down it is as high as my armpits. As a senior it is impossible for me to get out of the tub trying to push myself up holding onto the top of the sides. The tub does seem to hold the heat well. I like that the side are slanted so while showering the water goes back into the tub instead of the floor. Im just super disappointed after spending thousands of dollars remodeling our bathroom. The tub is tiled in so it is too late to change it. Lesson learned sit in the tub before upon buy it. This tub is a lawsuit waiting to happen with how slippery it is.

Looks great and plenty deep.

I bought this item on thanksgiving sale. After installing it the top line looks not even. Other looks ok. When the handyman drilling the tile on the wall, some tile fell down it made a hole on the bathtub . I couldn’t believe the quality of the tub is so bad. This is brand new tub before the job be finished. Now the handyman uses glue to fill it but it looks ugly. I feel sad of it. Is it easy to leak? I don’t know how to fix it. Can KOHLER company help?

Fairly expensive tub with poor quality. We have used only twice since installation and we already have chips in the bottom where the acrylic is coming off and now it has a hairline crack in the face. It looks like the backing wasn't evenly sprayed which is making the tub wafer thin. You can literally push in the tub sides with just the pressure of a single finger. Coating is so thin it's almost translucent. We expected a much higher quality from Kohler at this price point and have a local rep coming to inspect.

Much bigger then expected which was nice surprise. Looks great.

Love the bathtub. Nice and deep. Haven't got to use it yet because the house is still being built but definitely Wil be soaking in it in the near future.

Looks beautiful. Don’t forget to buy the drain plug and you need a special drain as the tub is very high.

Finally a tub deep enough for an adult to soak in it! My old "standard" tub was only 9 inches deep and there was no way any adult can relax in there without wasting a lot of water to fill it to the brim. This tub felt well made and the color went extremely well with our new tiles.

Its a pretty tub! Major headache installing the drain which is 17" and hard to find. We had to buy a jacuzzi drain and it took our plumber way too long to make it adapt. Very frustrating and time consuming.

The bathtub is sleek, strong, and measured accurately as described. The tub spout hole and drain hole was cut accurately. Does not always happen. The only glitch was the delivery. Little care was taken with the delivery. Rough treatment. The product was very securely packaged thank goodness, or damage would have most likely taken place as the tub was simply dropped onto the driveway, and then dumped onto the brick steps leading to the front door. I would recommend this product. But next time I would rent a van/truck and pick the product up from the store.

Amazing! This tub is a bit wider than my previous tub but the fill depth is so much better. The price was more affordable than stand alone options. I bought an additional cover that goes over the overflow and adds a couple more inches of depth. Retains heat well. Soaking baths have been so nice.

What a beautiful tub! The depth is perfect and it's so nice to be able to soak in a deeper tub. You can't go wrong with this tub. The price is also a good deal!

I purchased the Kohler Bancroft tub based on the great reviews. However when installing I noticed light shining thru the rear corner of the tub from the outside. I further inspected the tub and noticed fiberglass was applied too thin in spots. It would have required additional fiberglass matting and resin to cure these defects. When I returned the tub the sales associate agreed, he was a former inspector for fiberglass products.

Really nice deep tub. Quality is really nice. Very happy with this purchase.

The tub is a solid. When a bar of soap is dropped, the soud that is mutated thud.The reason for the good rating and not an excellent is for the fact the top corners are slightly slanted causing shampoo bottles to fall into the tub. But there is plenty of room to install tension rod shelves.

Sturdy tub and has a smooth finish. Came well packaged and protected with clear film. Had it professionally installed so I cant comment on ease of installation but it looks great once placed. Very large surface for relaxing soaking.
