So easy to install. Beautiful flowing feeling! I purchased the 18",24 " towel bars, the hand towel curved holder and the upright tissue paper holder. All in chrome.Just beautiful! Couldn't be happier.

I purchased the towel bar to match the hardware in a house I recently bought. It is an exact match.

The smooth, chrome finish looks great in our guest bathroom. It was easy to install, but the only drawback from installation is the pesky little screws you have to tighten on the bottom of each end. All nails and drywall anchors are supplied!

The pattern they include for hole drilling, etc., makes installation very easy. This is a really nice looking, sleek towel bar. The only negative about it is the design of the matching toilet paper holder.

I don't know about installation because the contractor installed but very sharp looking product!

This is a nice modern looking, well made towel rack. The quality looks very good and the price is also very reasonable. Other equivalent products are at least 2- 3 times the price.

I love the look of this product. I remodeled the whole bathroom and wanted something classy looking. The holes all lined with my previous towel bar so this had to be my easiest install ever. The toilet paper holder was a little more of a challenge but so worth it. My bathroom is gorgeous.

These towel bars are very attractive, sturdy and an excellent value.

Because of the curved design at the ends, seems a bit short. Looks very nice, sale price was reasonable.

The Alteo line of accessories really added a lot to my bathroom remodel. They are very simple and elegant, and different than everything else out there. I bought the whole line--tp holder, towel bars, towel ring and robe hook. Just by changing my accessories my whole bathroom looks newer. Wish I would have purchased these for all three bathrooms.

I have installed 8 of these towel bars and 3 of the matching toilet paper holders. They look really great in our modern style home. I did one bathroom and my wife decided she wanted all the bathrooms to have these new towel bars. As others have said, the template is not always correct. What I found was some towel bars had the right size template and other boxes had a template that was not the right size. Lucky for me, I was able to use the correct template for all the bars. The toilet paper holders all had the correct template. Once you finish installing the first one, the rest are easy. I'm a partially crippled 75 year old man, if I can do it, any of you young guys should have no trouble. I got a couple of push pins and mounted the template by placing a pin through the center mark of the top hole on the bracket as pictured on one side of the template. Then level the template and place a second pin in the top hole on the opposite side bracket mark. Remove the pins and template and the two pin holes mark the location for the top screw for each wall bracket. I took a thin drill bit for a screw pilot hole and if I hit a wood stud the bracket was easy to mount. If there is only dry wall, then you have to enlarge the hole to hold the drywall anchor. The brackets have an arrow on them to show the top side. Screw in the bracket by the top screw and mark the location for the bottom hole. I found the hole locations were not correct if I used the template; so I switched to the method I just described. Using this method, every towel bar and toilet paper holder were a perfect fit and it is then easy to mount the bar to the wall bracket. They use an allen wrench to mount the bar to the wall bracket. It is much better and stronger than the old screw method on most towel bars. An allen wrench is provided with each towel bar or toilet paper holder and I now have 11 allen wrenches. This looks like a high quality product with a beautiful design. I expect Koehler is selling them cheaply, because the templates are off and they will not install right if you rely on the template without first measuring to see if you have one of the right templates or one of the wrong ones. The toilet paper holder has an easy lift up system to replace the paper rolls. It is much easier to use than the standard spring loaded type. That feature alone was worth the price of the toilet paper holders.

Kohler may be turning this name over or eliminating the line but the price can't be beat and the quality was as expected from Kohler.

I love this Kohler Alteo line; it's streamlined, easy to clean, and beautiful looking! The packaging, hardware to hang and instructions were above average to say the least. Very pleased!!

First of all, this bar costs less than the 18 inch bar (almost half as much), which is a great value in and of itself. For the space where this bar was being installed, we needed something just smaller than 24 inches, and were happy to discover that this bar is very easy to cut to size, and it still installed easily and you can't even tell that it was cut down. It's very sturdy and looks great.

very nice modern design towel bar. a substantial upgrade from the old, square, chrome bars. nothing wrong with installation, just the old standard mounts; guess they've worked fine for 50 years, why change now.
