This window was ordered to replace a "dead" window. The window arrived a couple of weeks before it was expected. It was easy to install because it fit perfectly. The packaging was sturdy and re-usable wood. Enjoying the view!

The window for the price is very well built the only thing is it's the way they shipped it could ...
The window for the price is very well built the only thing is it's the way they shipped it could have been done a little bit better. From From the outside everything everything looks fine butbut when I took the window out to to install I noticed that the edges were on two of the sides were broken. A little more time spent on packing it better on the edges would have prevented this from happening.

The window was easy to install and looks good in the opening. All dimensions were spot on and seems to be a quality window. The crating of the window for shipping was excellent and made for an easy ship to the store.

Window was as advertised. One piece nailing fin was good, however top window rail is bowed with 1/4" sag between center and corners. In this case not a big deal, because it is only a picture window in an inside office wall.

Window came in as expected,however did have a corner of the nailing flange broken I'm guessing from shipping, didn't effect install.

flimsy and poorly made
I custom order a square 50" double pane picture unit, and it arrived broken. I had to reorder. After installing the window, when someone closes the door the window glass panel shakes like crazy due to the fact that it is super thin. It looks nice but the quality is extremly low
